Michelle was great, easy to work with,funny and answered our questions. We were looking to store our camper and mentioned we preferred a covered storage space. It just do happened one was available. The storage area was clean and well maintained. Thanks Michelle for the great customer service.

Good location, nice clean facility, friendly customer service. I went in 5 minutes before their closing time and the nice lady running the place happily helped me get my unit setup even after I offered to come back another day.

I’m currently using this location to store my travel trailer.
The grounds are very clean with plenty of room to drive around.

The manager is incredibly kind and helpful. The unit was very easy to access due to the drive up access and everything being at ground level. The prices are also very reasonable and were the best rates I could find in the area.

We needed an RV spot and Jeff was so helpful and friendly over the phone we couldn’t say no! Upon arrival he was waiting at the gate and showed us to our site...even waited while we parked. He walked us to the office where he and Jon processed our paperwork in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. They were working after hours because of our delayed arrival, but their friendly helpfulness never waivered. Very efficient and customer-centered process!

Rover Self Storage is the cheapest option in Richmond and was one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I've ever had. Their facilities are clean, convenient, and well managed. I could not believe how easy they made everything.

Clover hill storage has always been friendly and courteous. Has been helpful and they respond to my calls and questions quickly. I like the security gate and Ii feel that my things are safe. I have used them for nearly 5 years.
