Recently had our carpets installed for free with our carpeting/padding purchase and the installers were finished with their work before their arrival window was even over. We got great advice on vinyl flooring from one of the in-store salesman which turned out fantastic after we installed. Our new home is refurbished beautifully thanks in part to this store.

I left a bag containing two items that I paid for at the self checkout. I called them and they said to just bring my receipt in. Picked up my two items today with no issues. That is amazing customer service! They were nice to me when I messed up. Every employee I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Thanks, Lowe’s!

We had the greatest experience with Justin B., sales specialist in the kitchen/cabinet department. After having a negative experience at Home Depot we came to Justin at Lowes. Going through our first kitchen renovation, Justin took the time to listen to our needs and found us some great options to choose from for cabinets and countertops. We were in contact with measurements of our kitchen space prior to the appointment and were able to walk away with a first draft rendering after our first in-person visit. We are looking forward to the rest of this process with him and appreciate his expertise so far. A true professional, friendly, and well versed in his craft.

I bought 4 of those window containers for under $3. The store was clean, and the associated were very knowledgeable in the garden center.

Always helpful associates nearby. Very organized and well-marked to locate items.

Made a trip to Lowe’s to inquire about building something to assist my son with hockey.
While not necessary plumbing related I had an associate from plumbing assist me with a picture of a device and how we could recreate it using pvc pipe and elbow joints.
Spent approx 30 min helping me assemble and create said masterpiece.
Lowe’s is usually my go to home improvement store as they are close to home, associates are friendly and they hire veterans as well as provide preferred parking and I believe there is still a discount program available for active duty/retired military.

The Lowe’s on Winterpock is the best location in RVA!

The employees are always helpful and professional. They go out of their way to be helpful and speak from their personal experiences when necessary to help you understand the products and how it will benefit my own project.

The store manager Shane, is an absolute professional and absolutely cares about my needs. I recently relocated away from his store, but I will only shop at this Lowe’s location.

Wish to commend employee Bill in plumbing for helping me locate a discontinued item at Lowe’s. While he had been working with a customer for a long time, he helped me when he could, and took a unusual amount to locate the part needed to repair a 1984 toilet. He was persistent and found a source for the part, and told me to contact them to source it which I did. His concern for my issue was determined and helped me acquire the part within 3 days. He deserves to be awarded for his concern for a customer’s need and not at the delay of other customers. All repairs are complete, thanks Bill. Roger Fudala.

Great employees, very respectable very helpful in helping me out.

I have always been able to find what I need here, the staff are all great and friendly, even friendly when asking where things are. They will even walk you to the area and they will help you find the best equipment and tools for the work that needs to be done. The staff at the checkout registers have all been kind and friendly. Plus as a veteran the veteran discount is really great, which you can actually use for online purchases now as well.

Went in to the appliances dept. yesterday to cancel an order for a dishwasher that they could not get until August. Spoke with Irv, who was FANTASTIC! He was losing a sale, but made sure I knew all about the great features of the dishwasher I was actually purchasing elsewhere! He taught me all about the special features and how to use them. This is why we always chose Lowe's FIRST! They are very helpful and friendly....even if you are not going to purchase from them! Thanks, Irv!

For a hardware store the place was exceedingly clean. Help was available when needed. Everyone was friendly.

We just moved to Chesterfield and came shopping for tools and other items to fix the house we just moved into. We had asked for some help locating some items and we did not realize we were talking to the manager. While talking, we mentioned we had just moved from another state for a job. When we were ready to check out, we were surprised to find him at the register helping the cashier. When he saw us, he gave us a discount and welcomed us to Chesterfield. It was quite a surprise and a very welcomed one! Thank you !!!

This is the best Lowe's I've ever been to. There are actually people ALL around the store and they're all friendly and happy to help you. The store is clean, well organized and will stocked. And the bathroom was the nicest, cleanest public restroom I've ever used too.
