7-Eleven

We live down the street so frequent here often. They are generally quiet staff, but found them very friendly when spoken to. Place is clean and the staff responsive if asked for help. Only issue I see from time to time is their soda machine is out of various flavors….but this is only an issue because I’m a soda junkie.

Brand new store and gas station great place to stop and grab a quick snack will get you gas

they had horchata slurpees, excellent

Clean bathrooms, friendly employees, great selection of drinks and snacks.

Convenient to 360 West. Store was clean and well stocked.

Alani energy drinks will be here this week !!

Ima get straight to the point the cookies are like they could be a deadly weapon, because whoever is making them cookies needs to do a different job cause everytime I go there the cookies are hard as a brick. Sometimes the store is dirty which needs to change and also but other than that everything else is good y’all just gotta fix the cookies because they are very good when they aren’t hard as bricks.

A little loose with my time. Manager was up front chatting away with clerks, keeping them from ringing up my purchase 😒.

Nice area not so clean location to get food from, old tasting hotdog and no telling how long the nasty looking onions and stuff been there.. I took one bite in the trash it went not worth me going back to complain

Stopped in for ice. Never having been in before, I quickly scanned the place once entering because I didn't see ice coolers out front which I'm accustomed to at 7-11's back home. I stood for a good two to three minutes before I had to wave what appeared to be the only person who was working there. Once she came over, I let her know I needed a bag of ice. She took my payment, then I asked where it was. No kidding, she looked at me as if I was in gradeschool, pointed back to the back, and in a very snarky manor told me they were right behind me. It was such an odd encounter, my 9 year old son asked me about it once we got outside. "That was weird," he said. She needs to go to training wherever they train WaWa staff. I would have gone to WaWa across the street instead but there's road construction at the intersection and I didn't want to have to mess with it. Next time I will skip this 7-Eleven.

The little black guy with the dreads gotta go. He is super rude and doesn't wanna wait on you. I went in to get smokes and he refused to wait on me. He told me"you know there's a self check out", He's done it to me numerous times and I'm sick of his attitude. Maybe he just don't like white people but that's his problem.

Poor customer service and no integrity. As soon as I started getting my kids their Slurpees, Dewayne (Duane?) yelled at me for not making the Slurpee with the lid on. There is a reason I do not make it like that for my kids but I should not have had to even explain the reason to him. I finished filling up their cups to where I needed it to be, put a lid on, and he said in a very snarky tone "Oh, I thought you didn't use lids." I told him that I do use the lids but again, this is how I make it for my kids. He proceeded to make snarky comments about messes and cleaning and I chose to ignore him so my kids would be distracted from that sort of behavior. I did not make a mess. No matter how you make a Slurpee, there is a chance you could make a mess which is also why I made the Slurpee and did not let my kids have at it. I went up to the register and made a comment to the young man behind the counter about Dewayne's unacceptable behavior. I then left after asking for his name and my sister was in the store were Dewayne made a comment that you can't be nice to anyone anymore to try to twist the situation. Choose kindness, treat others the way you want to be treated, and always do the right thing even when you think no one is watching. My kids even asked why he was being so mean and my kids said it best....we will pray for you! ❤❤

Charges you for “.35 cent ice cup” if you get an empty cup. Then if you ask about it they’re rude, also constantly have cold/hard or rancid tasting food. Lazy employees that don’t bother to replace drink syrups either.

Diesel pumps are extremely slow. Writing this review after the pump started 4 minutes ago and its at 5 gallons.

I don’t think i have ever gotten a full tank here.

One of the slowest fuel pumps I’ve been to, took over 20 minutes to fill my tank that is 20 gallons. On top of the slow pumping, the pump did not auto shutoff when it became full, causing a fuel to overflow from the tank.

This place looks nice but is constant problems. The pumps hate my debit card, the air machine doesn’t work, and they don’t honor the giant 2/2 donut sign in their store.

I purchased 3 taquitos and broke a piece of one to taste due to getting cold things from there before. Of course it was cold in the middle. The cashier came over and took the other two out of the bag with the piece that I bit and spit back in the bag and placed them back on the grill.
