AT&T Store

My service guy was Tito, and he was the best! My boyfriend and I came in very frustrated because of previous experience with T-mobile. He got us in immediately and helped us get new phones, did a trade in and I ended up getting an Apple Watch for free! He was understanding, compassionate and very entertaining. He kept us laughing and worked with our budget. I’ll recommend Tito to anyone! He worked magic with every obstacle that came our way😭 Tito is the best! I’ll recommend this company to anyone based off his service!

Came to this location after having issues at another location. Tito made this experience so much better and went above and beyond customer service.

Tito and Virginia were amazing…I came to the store not know exactly what I wanted. They both took the time to work with me to find out what my needs were. They were extremely patient with me since I am not technologically savvy. They took the extra time to explain the devices services and the best payment options. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service they both provided. I will definitely be coming and recommending these customer service representatives to all my friends. Just upgraded my IPhone and switched over carriers with the help of Tito and the manager, Gino. I was having some trouble switching my carrier and they helped me every step of the way and were so patient with us! The process was smooth and they were very nice. 5 stars for the customer service!

I came in for a trade in 2/17/24 and received phenomenal customer service as always at the Hampton, Va location. The energy and helpfulness at this location is why I actually switched to AT&T. Tank was the CSR that assisted us. He was professional and personable (relatability is a plus dealing with the public). His knowledge of the products offered at the store led to my cousin getting additional services (tv, internet). If you appreciate great customer service, pull up and ask for Tank.
