Peyton was absolutely the best. He was extremely knowledgeable, didn't put any pressure on us, and allowed us to feel what our body needed for the perfect sleep. His customer service was A1. There are quite a number of mattress stores around and I checked them all out before buying from Mattress Warehouse. While they have a vast, selection of mattresses on the floor (far more than most), I ended up buying a mattress from Mattress Warehouse that I tried at a different store. I just felt more comfortable making the purchase with them. I think I am going to love our new bed, but if for some reason, I don’t love it - I know we will be able to find something else there. I also trusted the salesperson. Prices out there are pretty comparable, I just needed a store that would stand behind their promises.

This was a low pressure sales experience where we were allowed space to explore options but the salesperson was available to answer questions. We didn’t feel like they were just trying to sell us the most expensive mattress but rather ensure the best fit for our mixed preferences. Purchasing was easy, and they even called another store that was running a free box spring promo and got us that same deal. Would definitely purchase here again. Best possible experience.
