Clifton Cafe

It has been about ten years that I was last here and it was a delight to revisit. Congrats on the expansion and new owners. My mother-in-law and I both had the breakfast bowl.(I added an extra egg to mine.) We ate it all, delicious! Aunt and uncle had Hannah’s Denver crepe, they enjoyed it. My husband ordered the Grand Hotel French toast with a side of eggs. He enjoyed it very much.
Server, Maddie was outgoing, attentive and recommended stuff on the menu. She was great.

This is such a cute little restaurant inside of a repurposed house. Three of us stopped for a very late brunch on a Saturday. They weren't overly busy at the time, so we were able to be seated right away. Our waitress was very attentive and have her crepe recommendation, which we ended up ordering. The crafted lattes were very good - we got the Samoa and the cinnamon roll. For starters, we ordered the pretzels with beer cheese and the spinach and artichoke dip. Both were good and easily shareable. The entrees we ordered were the Hangover burrito, chicken and waffles, and a fig and goat cheese crepe. The crepe was the largest I've ever seen, taking up an entire rectangular plate. The burrito was a generous size and stuffed full. It did leak some grease out the bottom when eating, from the chorizo, but other than that, it was fantastic. The chicken and waffles were good, flavor-wise, but they weren't quite hot enough when they came out. The chicken and waffles would be kicked up another notch with the option of hot honey for a little spice. Overall, it was a delicious meal and would definitely return to work through the enticing crepe menu.

I absolutely loved the drinks they had available it reminded me of coffee that I had while spending time in Germany. The atmosphere was so lovely and cute it is a great place to spend an afternoon with friends. If you do decide to come though make sure you have at least an hour to spend here as it took a very long amount of time for our drinks to come and for the waiter to bring the bill. I was surprised it took so long as there weren't very many people staying in the cafe otherwise but it didn't really bother me as I had people to chat with! I love this place so much and will be coming back!

Oh my goodness, I've lived 15 mins away for 13 years and finally got around to coming here!! Absolutely amazing. The restaurant has such cute vibes, waiters were soooo friendly and kind, service was great and food and drink was delicious! Could not recommend more, I will definitely be back! As a certified crepe fiend, the crepes were very good, highly recommend! Also set in a very pretty small town.

It was a nice day and we sat outside on their patio which was really great, best atmosphere! Take your friends and family for sure!

The new owners have made significant and positive changes that now make this little cafe a very special place to enjoy a quality breakfast. The portion sizes - specifically of the crepes - have increased. Coffees are good, though regular drip coffee (my preference) is meh. We've eaten there for lunches too in the past and enjoyed them, so we look forward to returning again soon!

I love the juicy beef, highly recommended for burger in clifton. Sides are delicious too, they have sweet potatoe fried yumm

Today we had lunch at the Clifton Cafe and had a wonderful experience. The food was fabulous and our service was great. After the spinach & artichoke dip appetizer, I had the Chicken Florentine Crepe and my husband ordered the "make your own"
crepe with chicken, feta cheese and tomato. Everything was fabulous and we both qualified as members of the "clean plate" club. Our waitress Maddie was very attentive and professional. We definitely would recommend this cafe and we plan to return often.

The food is always very good. Whether you get the crepes or other menu choices, it will be sure to please. Ordering an expresso drink may be a little slow, which is the only negative. The drinks are very good though. I recommend this for brunch/lunch.

The entrance to the restaurant is not from the front but from the side. I went to this before many years ago, and I had the chance to go again, what a wonderful people that work there. All the employees are welcoming. Our waiter kept coming to our table over and over, to make sure we don’t need anything. It was a Fanta service I had yesterday. The food was awesome. From choc chip pancakes to Crepes. Everything was delicious coffee was also very good. Over I had very positive experience and enjoyed the food. I will go back again to the restaurant. Wonderful people, delicious food, fantastic service.

A little old house in Clifton... Perfect place for breakfast. Enjoyed our crepes.

We had a fabulous time. The two adults both got the Bananas Foster French Toast and the three kids got kids pancakes with chocolate chips. The Walk In Bermuda latte and the Almond Joyous latte were great. First time for us as we moved to the area. But we will likely return for another Saturday morning breakfast.

What an adorable cafe. We went around 10am on a Sunday, and it was quite busy, but we got two very comfortable seats at the bar area. Solid variety on the menu without having to offer too much (I got waffles and my husband went with breakfast burrito, next time we want to try the crepes). Food was tasty and the staff were all very hard working and pleasant. Looking foward to going back not just for breakfast, but trying lunch and/or dinner/Happy Hour.

First visit and I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! Great crepes, lots of choices. Cozy atmosphere, limited seating, so plan accordingly. Latte was perfect. This place fills up fast.

Leah was amazing, thank you for a lovely and welcoming experience. My cinnamon bun latte was perfection. Not too sweet and gorgeous, delicious to the last drop.

I found this place through a foodie group post. Went today with my husband for breakfast, and it did not disappoint. It’s a cute, little spot in Clifton with friendly staff and good crepes and coffee. I will definitely be back to try other food from the menu.

Awesome atmosphere the employees are polite, nice and helpful. I swear the food has gotten better over the years, it was phenomenal to start with Definitely would recommend checking it out.

Found this place after a random Yelp search for “crepes.”
Then, it became our family go-to place since we lived in Clifton. Even after we moved away, we made sure to come back occasionally.
You can try anything on their menu and be confident that what you will enjoy is fresh and delish. Make sure to experience sitting outside both in the spring and in the winter!

Food was wonderful and their expansion is inviting. This is a must in your travels. Very welcomomg staff and food over the top. I haf the veggie croissant and hubby the cuban pork-'both exceptional. If youre lucky enough to have the "Ed Sherran" look alike server, try to convince him to hum a melody🎶
