Barbie (working the drive thru) is always so sweet and helpful!! I love when she’s working because she always brightens my day! Y’all better give her a raise!!! lol

I CAN NOT say enough nice things about THIS location!!! The crew that has been here for the past year is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! They are so nice & sweet!!!! I ADORE them!!! They know my order without me even saying anything. I used to order in the drive through at minimum 5x a wk. But now I order online ahead. Theres no where on the app to order ice no water. But its always waiting right beside my drink order which they have perfected and know by heart!!! The ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS put a smile on my face as soon as I walk in (even on my worst days). How nice is it when employees fill a room with sunshine?!? Corney oh well, its how i feel.

And Amanda was ESPECIALLY SWEET today with her lil extra touch to my order today!!! Thank you babe, you are still making me smile hrs after me leaving.

Plenty of seating during off hours. Although many customers are plugged in and doing computer work. This does limit the availability of seating occasionally.

They messed up my latte but I called spoke to Tay and he told me to come in the next day and it was fixed correctly.

I’ve been having issues with my orders lately at not one but both of the starbucks locations closest to my house so I decided to drive across town to this location since I’ve had pretty good luck with it in the past. I typically order from Starbucks on a daily however I stopped because the effort and quality of the service was failing. None of my drink orders were correct. Things were missing, my drinks were bitter to the point I couldn’t stand drinking them, or I was receiving the wrong drink. Today, I had the pleasure of having Phoebe as my barista☺ When I explained to her what was going on she immediately apologized for the bad experiences on behalf of the other stores and helped put my mind at ease on getting another wrong drink. Not only did I finally get what I wanted but she was also kind enough to make my day even better by leaving me a small note on my lid🥰 Little acts of kindness can go along way in some peoples lives💜 Thank you Phoebe for brightening my day and for reminding me there are still genuine people in this world 🙌🏼

The staff maintains a positive attitude while moving efficiently during demanding hours. I really appreciated the way Jamie called out updates regarding whose order she is actively working on to keep the customers informed and ready to grab their drinks. Thank you all!!

As soon as I walked in I was kindly greeted by Amanda. Clearly she was the manager and was completely about her business, clean,handling trash,talking with customers and just making it happen! Then she wash her hands and jumped in to help with drink orders...this woman is very impressive.
Great job and an asset to the company!

I respect the people who work here so much. It’s always ridiculously busy when I come in and they are still always really kind. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes on a drink even when there’s a drive thru line that goes out of the parking lot and the lobby is full. Y’all are amazing 💚

Gone in once and done the drive thru a few times and it's always a pleasure. Haven't had a single experience we I wasn't greater warmly and meet with a smiling face. The drinks are good and done right and the building and surrounding area is always clean and well kept!

This location's employees have become my family and friends! Although the drinks aren't always consistently made the same, their personalities and spirit will never let you stay mad. I could walk to this location on a nice day since I'm around the corner. Not the best parking or location spot considering, but I still enjoy the Colonial store.

I used to go to the Starbucks off of Colley but it closed down (still sad). I was thrilled and relieved to see Bobby at the colonial location! Bobby is AMAZING! We all just adore him (hubby & kids included). He’s sooooo NICE! And genuine! Talk about authenticity! He’s beautifully himself and we love that about him. He always makes us smile and my coffee turns out PERFECT every single time. I’m a picky coffee drinker and love my coffee to be just right and consistently so. Bobby never disappoints! I’m so grateful for people like Bobby who just are such a positive light to others. Thank you Bobby for being consistently wonderful! You are the reason we enjoy going to Starbucks so much! Oh and I’m attaching this picture of when my husband went to get my coffee and Bobby added a little hello on my cup. It instantly made my morning!

I love their breakfast sandwiches they are so delicious I do not like the bathrooms in Ghent because it requires a key. Or a code. I believe that every human deserves the right to use a public restroom. If they are afraid of cleaning up after people. The company should hire cleaning attendants . The job description could involve cleaning the lobby,bathrooms and patio tables including trash cans.
