Every time I visit the store all the employees are really nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Specially Martha. She goes above and beyond to help me and my friend. She always answers our questions and even has recommended new wines for us to try. She is great!

So easy to order online, and they will bring it to your car. However, if you go inside, the knowledgeable staff is very helpful. Fantastic array of products. I only wish that state laws in VA and NC let them carry spirits. But boy, the list of non-alcoholic beers was amazing!

I wish I could give 100 Stars. I've been coming to the Norfolk Location for the Last Year. I had to take the Time to actually Describe my Previous 5 Star review... First and the Absolute Most Important Reason for my Review is the AMAZING EMPLOYEES! I have Absolutely No Idea how Total Wine Was able to find these High Quality Hardworking Knowledgable Caring
Employees but I Hope this Company knows Exactly What & Who they have... I have Never been to a Business of Any Kind and been made to Feel so WELCOMED! NOT TO MENTION the Helpfulness! My wife and I always need help finding certain items and they NEVER COMPLAIN OR HESITATE! I feel terrible I can't Remember the Main Male Supervisor's Name but that Hard Working Man has been More than a Help to Us. He even took the Time to help my wife find her items & Showed Her Exactly how to find The Aisles & Bays!! My wife and I always feel so Guilty for having to bother the female and male supervisors & the Employees so my Wife asked for the Male Supervisor's Help and Needless to Say- We left feeling great as always & We are Just Thankful that Good Humans still exist!!! Thank you to these Rare & AMAZING Employees...! You never know what someone is going through--- Sometimes just being a Great Human to someone can make the Biggest impact & Ppl Never forget How You Treated Them. We truly Try Daily to be Great People... Total Wine You Have Something more Expensive & Important & Needed than any of your Awesome Products! The knowledge the employees share about the product availble here is sincere. Everything they showed us and suggested was worth taking into consideration. I didnt feel sold too. I felt like they were telling their hidden gems!

What a great location, neat and clean and organized. I love the people who work here. They're knowledgeable about the products. I got twelve bottles of wine in this visit. Look for Noah, if you're not sure what you're looking for.

I just left very happy! Patrice, the store manager was busy working when I came in but I interrupted her to ask for help choosing a gift for my father-in-law who retired yesterday. I'm don't know a lot about wine sold in stores, but I had recently joined a wine club at a Vineyard in Monroe North Carolina. Unfortunately they don't sell the wine from that Vineyard in stores. However, Patrice was familiar with the vineyard and their selection! I was really happy to hear this so when I named the wines that I had given him as a gift in the past, she helped me to find something that was similar and that she enjoyed herself. She was very kind and gracious and helped me select two bottles of wine in my price range. I am very appreciative, thank you Patrice!

This experience felt like a thousand bucks! Noah helped me find a specific bottle of white wine I brought a picture of. It was on the bottom shelf, but he presented it in his hands as if it was a more valuable wine. I really felt good when he handed it to me, it was a special day!

Excellent wine prices and phenomenal selection. The staff was very helpful and spent a lot of time assisting us.

Great selection and the staff is very knowledgeable. Also a great place to get a cigar.

The employees helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and if they didn't have the answers to my questions, they would pull up a computer to help figure it out.

Store has a great selection of everything (including the best N/A beer around). But what i came here to say is that i accidentally left my wallet here, and after store hours, Monica stayed late so i could come pick it up, and not have to wait until tomorrow.

This store is so organized. The staff ate really friendly and helpful. They have promotions and samples available quite often. Great atmosphere and love visiting when I have to shop.

A few weeks ago, I came in looking for something new to try. I was approached by Amaury, who I had chatted with before about some Spanish wines he had on demo. Based on our previous conversation, he very quickly deduced what I was looking for. He proceeded to grab what turned out to be a delicious bottle of wine; a bold, smooth, full-bodied red that didn’t break the bank. After all that, he opened a lane and checked me out himself. I was very impressed with his friendliness, vast knowledge of wine, and quick thinking. If you ever feel lost while browsing the massive selection at this Total Wine, ask for Amaury; you won’t leave disappointed!

Everyone is very helpful. They have such a large variety. If you like sweet wine, try the Manischewitz Cream Peach and Manischewitz Cream Red

Five stars for customer service. Everyone I have encountered on every visit has been friendly and helpful. The product selection is good, just seems to not be on same scale as Total Wine stores in other states. I understand liquor cannot be sold in Total Wine in VA, do not criticize store for that.
