I was referred to Paul when I had a unique insurance situation. Unfortunately, none of the companies he works with had what I needed, but Paul took it on himself to do some research and get me pointed in the right direction, even though the right direction happened to be with one of his competitors. A really honest, stand up move that absolutely garnered my respect.

Paul went so far as to follow up with me to see if I had been taken care of, and also asked me certain questions so that he could improve his own knowledge in the areas I was asking about.

Paul Cantiani Jr is as good as it gets for an insurance agent. I used several companies before and I thought I was getting the real deal until I came here. The service is incredible! He listens to everything I need but then gives me something even better! The turn around time is so fast and hes just a real person! I have 2 home policies, 2 car policies and soon to be more. In the short time I have been there I have converted 3 other people over to him because the service is just that good.

I've worked with several members of Cantiani Insurance and every single one of them has been phenomenal. I messed up my homeowners insurance and they had the problem fixed within two hours. Their customer service is amazing and I cannot recommend them enough.

Today I worked with Alison for a mutual client. Her efficiency, and professionalism is 5* all the way. I always take the time to give someone the credit they deserve, because more often then not it's the client's that do not here everything they want to hear that write negative things. So great job Alison you are a true professional.
To the 2 people who wrote negative reviews, you are taking it out on the wrong people. Learned a long time ago, you can't overcome stupidity though!

I highly recommend Melissa Beausoleil at Cantiani Insurance where I purchased business insurance. Melissa genuinely cares that you get fitted with the right policy and she takes the time to check in with you periodically to see if anything has changed. She has an incredible mind for detail and really knows the ins and outs of insurance. She was able to get me the same coverage I had before for much less.
