I had a great experience at Pivot/ Athletico Physical Therapy. The staff are awesome and they keep the facility and equipments clean. Reina and Brian are awesome PT. They made every one of my visits very pleasant and challenging. They are action oriented and will correct you if you are performing the exercises incorrectly, meaning they are paying attention to your progress. They also do manual manipulation to make your exercises more effective. Thank you for helping me with my chronic discomfort and help improve my flexibility and mobility.

Reina Calderon and her team of physical therapy assistants are far and away the most engaged physical therapy team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are hands on, helping people like me. Always teaching and demonstrating and making certain people understand what the various exercises are trying to help rehabilitate for the patient. This location of Pivot PT is extraordinary.

The staff at facility is great. Every person on the staff is great, very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. Everything is clean, ready for use and sanitized after each use. The office personnel were very helpful to me and my billing needs. I highly recommend this particular location to anyone who needs therapy.

The staff are very caring and go the extra mile to help you regain your mobility. My physical therapist will massage the areas needed to help me receive my range of motion. It helps with the swelling and therefore I am able to do more movement than before I go in. Each day I see more improvement which encourages me.

I absolutely loved my time at Pivot Physical Therapy! Chandra McFarland and her team are absolutely amazing! Chandra addressed all my concerns, provided an appropriate plan of care, and challenged me along the way. After treatment, I'm pain free and so much stronger! I loved going to my therapy sessions because "Chandra's Team of Amazing Therapists" always greeted me by name and with smiles on their faces (behind masks of course)! Each session was filled with hard work, lots of smiles, and even laughter. They made such a painful time truly become pain free! The entire Physical Therapy experience that I received at this Pivot office was the best I've ever experienced. The staff lead by Chandra for my care after a total knee replacement was both very professional & fun! They are a group of people who take their work very seriously but also know how to make clients feel comfortable, personally cared about but can also laugh and have fun which really helps when you have to push through the pain & hard work that needs to be done to completely recover from a surgery like mine! I would highly recommend you giving this staff a chance to prove why they are clearly the best for your PT needs, whatever they may be!

Reina Chaperon, physical therapist, worked to build my strength, balance, and confidence after a significant fall. Reina was very hands on, challenging me each session and continuing to change my activities so it was never boring. I didn't dread going. I appreciated her explanations as to how movements help. The entire mood of the office was very upbeat and helpful. I was welcomed with a hello and a smile. I recommend this office highly.

I have been a patient at this facility on a number of different occasions and the service is excellent! Chandra and her team are patient, professional and friendly. Alaura always does a great job at the front desk helping me with all of my scheduling and insurance needs. My latest therapist was Sydney, (who was assisted by Marley), I came in barely able to walk from foot pain and thanks to her regimen I am doing so much better today! I highly recommend this location for your therapy needs, you wont be disappointed. They are all top notch!

I'm not a stranger to physical therapy, and with that being said, I want to say that Pivot PT - Hampton (Magruder) is the best of which I've attended. Very impressed with the staff and my therapist at PIVOT in Hampton, VA. This is my first time ever doing any type of physical therapy, as I have never really had the time, money or dedication to do so. I've had several different areas of pain over the past several years and have had many referrals, but never acted on them until now. And, I am so glad that I did. Only wish I had done it sooner. I've been seeing Chandra and her staff of ladies over at the Magruder office and they have all been nothing but wonderful, kind and accomodating since Day 1. They make it hurt so good and I love it! :)

I was skeptical and scared and couldn’t walk from a knee injury when I walked into PT but Chandra was so welcoming and easy to talk to. After 3 months of exercises that went from easy to challenging I was back to walking again and have never felt better. I love how I can do most of the exercises at home and some days I miss those wonderful physical therapists and their assistants in that office, it felt like a second home by the time I left. I highly recommend them to anyone needing PT, everyone in that office helped me at some point and it was a wonderful experience. Don’t give up when it gets tough you won’t regret it!

Chandra and her team were excellent! I was referred there for help in strengthening my knees, as I have been struggling with knee pain for years. I have had others look at my knees, with no real progress made, but Chandra was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong, and the team helped me get stronger, and they have set me up for success for continued progress. I can't speak highly enough of the team, as they are very friendly, professional, and encouraging. I would highly recommend!

What a super great experience! The staff really clicks, and are professional, friendly, and have a great time at work, which rubs off on the patients. The facility is well-equipped and kept clean constantly. But the best part is that they truly care about their patients recovering and achieving their goals. They recently helped me achieve mine and I'm going to miss them. (Thanks again, Chandra!)

I don’t do many reviews but Pivot Physical Therapy located on Manhattan Square is very well deserving. I had Chandra as my therapist. She was very professional, friendly, and gracious. In fact, the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating to the all the patients who were there with me. As a person who has been to physical therapy a few different times, they’re number one!

Wow!! I can’t say enough about how great the team at the (Magruder) Pivot Physical Therapy is. From the end of July 2022 till today December 15, 2022, they have worked in providing the BEST recovery care after my rotator cuff surgery. Reina (petite in statue) started working with me, and boy was I surprised at her strength in stretching my arm…just enough where I wasn’t in excruciating pain. She knows what she’s doing! After about a week or so I was switched over to Addison. Now let me tell you….Addison (Addi is what they call her), she’s thin, but surprised me how strong she was in maneuvering my arm/shoulder. She’s been a godsend to me. I don’t know how far I would be if it hadn’t been for the entire staff. Brian, another therapist, worked on me once when Addi wasn’t there. He’s like a gentle, but firm sweetie. I’ve seen him work on others and he does his job to the fullest!! I can’t leave out my “Saving Grace”!! Grace is an assistant to the therapist. She ensured I went through my exercises and provided what equipment I needed. Oh…and at the end of each therapy session…she ensured I was comforted with ice or heat after my sessions! Again, she was my “saving Grace”! Through the whole ordeal, you know how the office staff always gets left out….not on my watch! Destiny (office staff) was a sweetie! She provided my schedule and was always very professional and kind and assisting to whenever I needed to make a change or running a few minutes behind. I can’t say enough good things about all of them…. there were a few others who’ve assisted as well (don’t charge my heart, but my mind), but can’t remember their names. Magruder Pivot was like an extended family for sure…we’ve had some laughs and plenty of facial expressions to go along with those laughs! Again, if you’re looking for a great place that will have you leaving there better than when you started, this is the place you want!! Thanks again to all of you that assisted in my recovery! I still have some ways to go, but thank you Pivot….I’m not where I used to be when I started in July! Hats off to all of you!! Kudos!! Love you all and enjoy your holiday season!!! I had hip replacement surgery in May. Chandra was my therapist at Pivot Physical Therapy. She is awesome and compassionate. Chandra is all about making sure her patients are 100% recovered before she discharge her patient. The whole staff is amazing. I would highly recommend this office to anyone

I have learned so much as to why and how each exercise helps me in my recovery ! They clean everything Constantly keeping it sanitized which I love. they listen to you when you tell them what's going on!!! and they're very kind and helpful and making you feel good about what you're doing to recover.

I received physical therapy for a shoulder injury at this location and Ms. Chandra McFarland was my therapist. Chandra was absolutely world-class in making sure I progressed to a point where I was able to regain use of my shoulder as well as increase my strength. Chandra personalized the treatment process and progressively walked me through the steps for full recovery. She challenged me every step of the way but it was never more than I was capable of doing.
