Metro by T-Mobile

This store is my personal preference. The store employee Z, is a great guy who knows his way around the mobile world. He gave me the best deal with the new Nokia G310 5G, and I left with two additional ones for a really good steal of a price. Highly recommend.

Well I finally had to get new phone. I went into Metro and first person who greeted me was Mohamed Y.L. This young man was right on everything. Showed me different phones and what I was looking for. I wish all people were as knowledgeable of the services from Metro as was Mohamed. I will definitely recommend that they go there and see him. What a blessing to have such a great person. Thank you so much Mohamed for all your time truly appreciate you.

If you need a new phone, come here and ask for Mood! (Coolest name ever, I know). Not only did he get me a sick new phone at a waaay cheaper rate then I was paying with Google fi (worst phone and phone plan ever do not do it) he had me in and out the door in 10 minutes! What stood out the most for me though was the fact that he was so incredibly kind to me. The entire time we laughed and joked which really changed my mood around for the whole day! (Thank you Mood, come see me for a burrito my dood)! I should have never switched, Metro is the way to go!

Came in to upgrade my phone and was greeted by Matt. He showed me all my options and didn't feel obligated to buy the best of best. He made my new phone transition perfect! I recommend this store for the great deals and friendly sales representative.

I went here simply to activate a phone I had purchased for my dad. Jessica made me take that phone back to the place I had purchased the phone and she sold me the SAME PHONE brand new for the same price ALONG WITH accessories for my phone and car to go with it for the SAME PRICE I bought the used phone. JESSICA YOU ROCK!!!! I know she’s going to be running the place one day. Her customer service was beyond excellent. Happy happy happy

Went on my lunch to upgrade my phone and Hadeel helped me, she was awesome! She made sure I got everything I needed and was fast and friendly! I got a pretty good deal also. Thank you for providing excellent customer service Hadeel!

Matt fixed my phone for me, took him 5 minutes and I was out of there quickly! A week later I still had issues with my phone and Hadeel suggested a new phone that is so much better for me and I love it! She was great and very helpful

I came in with a problem and Matt fixed it for me. He also showed me what upgrades I was eligible for and decided to go through with it. He helped me transition to the new phone without any problems. The whole staff at the store was very kind, I would recommend them for any metro needs or purchases.

Hadeel was very helpful and kind. I had an issue sprint was unable to resolve and she got me set up with a working phones and got me answers sprint was unable to. Recommend coming here I was very happy with the service.

Customer service is always key to having a successful business, and this Metro store has one of the best services I’ve experienced. The staff was very friendly and helpful with setting up my new line, selecting the best plans to put my phone on and the best accessories to get with it. The store was very clean and user friendly allowing me test all the phones at the location Incase I wanted to upgrade. The process was quite easy and fast which I liked and I was hooked up to MetroPCS in no time. This is definitely one of my favorite dealers and my go to spot if I have any issues regarding my phone.

Matt at Metro PCS was able to retrieve my pictures, thousands of pictures that I thought were lost forever. It took him less than 3 minutes, I'm forever grateful!!!
I am want to complain about the store on New Haven in Melbourne, FL. this is where I picked up my new phone, the worker there, set me up, however, he lost my pictures, every single one, I was so hurt and angry, had pictures of my dad before he died, and of his funeral. The guy at this store was not helpful at all! He simply stated, " You didn't tell me you wanted to save your pictures." I was livid!! Fast Forward I came to This Metro PCS store, where I Always purchase my phone's, Manager and store employees are EXCELLENT!! MATT got my pictures back! I'm so happy. Thank you.

Hadeel hekped me set up and get two brand new phones. Was so patient and made sure we got the best deal possible, i git two brand new phones and couldnt be more pleased with the phone and the customer service.

Hadee got me re situated with the mess i had reguArding my gmail. She set me up with everything on my new phone and taught me how to work everything. She took her time and did not rush. She was much appreciated.

Gerson, the manager, was very nice. He helped me transfer my Netflix and Hulu to my new phone. Definitely recommend this store. Great customer service.
