My husband and I started looking for a property in 2014 and that is when we first met Jason. He showed us lots of properties and we ended up moving to a different part of Florida but our experience with him was so great that we reached out again 9 years later to finally make the move to Melbourne. Jason is so well connected with contractors, service providers, other realtors, and the community that everything we needed was so quick and efficient. I have a good reference for how hard things can be when my brother and I tried to do for sale by owner for my dads house. We took hundreds of calls, went in and out of two contracts and finally just became exhausted by the work of it all. We called Jason and he made a couple suggestions and helped us get the service providers to execute and the house was under contract the day it went live for asking price which was $40k higher than what we were asking FSBO. Janet was recommended to us by a colleague and definitely did not disappoint. We were first time home buyers and very unsure of how the whole process was supposed to go. Janet addressed questions before we could even ask and was always available anytime we needed anything.
