The staff are very kind, especially the assistant dentists. They have real conversations with you and show interest in you. Dr. Reynolds is also very friendly. He explains what he's doing as he does it which I find very comforting and informative. He goes above and beyond to help his patients. Thank you for your friendly service to all of you

This dentist office is AWESOME! It's a small practice and everyone has a big heart. Dr. Reynolds is kind, intelligent and very caring in addition to the fact that he does wonderful work. His staff is equally as AWESOME!

Cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Reynolds and his staff. Dr. Reynolds is the first and only dentist that has really listened to me and made sure I left the office happy with his work and my smile. He made sure my bite felt right before leaving his chair.

Finding a dentist you like is really hard, so I feel I should give some props here. I have been seeing Dr. Sill for over 20 years. To be blunt, I am 30, and I have been seeing Sill since I was 6, so 24 years to be exact. He and his staff are the absolute best! Unfortunately, he is on a very limited schedule now, and I have transitioned to Dr. Reynolds. I cannot say from the long-view perspective how Reynolds is as I've only had 2 teeth cleanings with him, and it's kind of unfair to compare him to a dentist I've been seeing pretty much my entire life, however my experience with him thus far has been a pleasant one. I know Dr. Sill was very careful in choosing him because I asked him about it a few years back when I realized he would, sadly & eventually, be retiring. So far, I'm still happy as ever with my service --- although admittedly I miss my dentist.

The staff here are amazing and very kind and caring. Dr Reynolds is very nice and does very good work. I am very fortunate to be going here. i would highly reccomend this dentist to anyone looking for a good experience

Just moved to Richmond and so glad I found this dentist!! Dr. Reynolds is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable during your visit. If you’re looking for a dentist in the area, this is the place!

Dr. Reynolds is hands-down the best at Restorative work, including fillings, root canal, and crowns. I’m not sure how he does it, but I have had many lidocaine injections in my lifetime and This was hands-down the least painful and/or intrusive.

Highly recommend Dr. Reynolds and the wonderful staff. Thorough, skilled, great with kids. The kind of dentist your family goes to for generations.

Been going to this dentistry since before Dr Reynolds took over. He is a great dentist and I recommend him highly.

These are very very good people! They will take care of you, make sure your comfortable at all times and make sure you leave happy!! Definitely a place you should go.

The staff and dentist are just wonderful here.

Dr. Reynolds is nice enough, but I've had an awful experience with him as my dentist. I went to this office from childhood on, and continued when the practice was sold. One visit I came to him and told him I thought I had a hole in my tooth. He told me I did not so I shrugged it off and went on my way.

When it was still bothering me next visit, I brought it up once more and was brushed off with over- friendly conversation that bowled over my concerns. I knew I had a hole but he refused to listen, and as I am autistic with anxiety I was too nervous to get a word in edgewise.

I was so hurt by this experience that I have avoided dentists for a couple years, and today the hole finally broke off part of my tooth.

If you have any anxiety or any tooth problems aside from the norm, I would not recommend this practice.

That said, the extra star is for the friendly office staff and conversation.

If I could have I wouldn’t have given any stars. Dr. Reynolds is rude and condescending. It was my first time at the office the Dentist that I was looking for office had moved but google had not change it so I step into dr. Reynolds office to ask and he was the first person I encountered laughing and joking with a patient so when I politely asked was the Dr that I was looking for there and he stated he use to be I said can you tell me the new location and he stated very rudely it’s on the plaque and him and the patient started to laugh. I thought was very unprofessional and just plain out rude. Even if he was the only dentist around I would not patronize his Office after getting to the right dental practice I see why he didn’t want to give me directions he is jealous of where I was going. Better office better atmosphere. Do better Dr. Reynolds you will have a nice office one day too.
