I love it! Although the Short Pump location is closer I strongly prefer this one. Infodump time! At Libbie Place Barnes and Noble everything is all on one floor, and when I finish shopping and go to wait for the spec-tran van to pick me up, I have a roof over my head. Which is great because I am scared of standing out in the open (vast visual fields give me vertigo); I love to stand under trees, canopies, and overhangs so the sky is not so intimidating.

I hadn't been there in a bit. I was Happy to actually look at the book before I bought it. Had a Starbucks to peruse the choices I made in the cafe. It was very nice to be able to do that. Good selection, games, gifts, calnedsars, and cards. I'll try to go there more often. (I remember going there on dates... I'm a low maintenance date) It was also that rare 75-degree day in January w a beautiful sunset to boot.

Besides the Lego store itself. This is the best place for all of your Lego needs and desires. They always have the best selection and new releases unless they're exclusive elsewhere. I also recommend getting the premium membership. If you buy any Lego sets or books on a regular basis, it more than pays for itself. Also, every time I've ever needed help, everyone has always been more than accommodating.

I just wanted to take the time out and praise one of this B&N location’s employees, namely Sidney R, for their exemplary service. After paging for help with a request I had, they took it upon themself to walk me to where the product I had inquired about could be found. Although we came up empty, they then presented me with several solutions to my dilemma (I was there to buy a very specific gift for my friend’s birthday). Sidney deserves to be acknowledged for their efforts and I would be remiss to not do just that after my most recent experience. Thank you, Sidney!

Love frequenting the cafe and getting a warm drink and pastry. The people running it are always kind, quick, and willing to answer any questions I have. The bookstore is great as well. I've used the helpdesk to find a book I could not locate and they quickly and kindly located it for me!

Friendly staff, well labelled sections, covid safe - couldn’t find any hand sanitiser unfortunately (maybe i was just so entranced by the store and it’s products that i didn’t even notice)

Good post holiday sales. Very organized. Easy to wander around. Staff at the customer service desk was nice and helpful.

This place is very nice, clean and welcoming costumer service is dedicated to provide assistance in every area plus there is a coffee shop inside which is a plus!

Always a great place to look for a new book or, as I have now found out, vinyl albums! Picked up a couple and had a coffee while my wife looked through the new books.

I just really appreciate the staff in both the store and the cafe. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful and genuine. Customer service means a lot in a world where most service is hit or miss depending on how jaded the staff is. It's just really nice to know the staff here never changes. They all smile and greet and offer assistance without seeming like they hate their jobs. Particularly those who primarily work the cafe. I hope they feel as appreciated as staff as I do as a customer... Now just lower the price of the membership or add better perks and it would be as perfect as a commercial chain could get

Bookstores Have Always Been One Of My Favorite Places... Barnes And Noble Is One Of The Best Too!

I love reading. I like shopping for new books and authors. I don't like to read on tablet or computer. Good old black and white print, for me.I'm currently reading The Shade You Give by Angie Thomas. The service is always excellent at Barnes & Noble.

I'll always Love Barnes & Noble. They have the books I'm interested in buying. I love the other things that they sell also like calendars, journals, and cards. My favorite place to get some hot chocolate and and look around. Wish they still had a large home and decorating section of magazines.

Always a great place to go for gift ideas. I love the smell of new books and Starbucks coffee combined. It is a cozy feeling that draws you in and makes you want to stay. Very friendly staff and fast service always makes for a good experience at Barnes and Noble!

This is a very nice Barnes & Noble location. They generally have enough staff that I can find someone at the information desk whenever I need help, or just grab someone walking around. The lines are not too long even during the holiday season.

It looks like they update the sale section upfront pretty often, which I like. It's a good place to pick up a new journal or a hardcover book after the paperback comes out.

I've only had to order a book here once, but I will say that the person at the information desk spent over ten minutes tracking it down for me. I very much appreciate that.

The Starbucks which is in this location does have a more limited drink menu than stand-alone Starbucks, but that's true for all of the in-store cafes. What they do have is an expanded food menu so you can very easily get a book and then sit down to read it over lunch.

Relevant note! Being in the Barracks Road Shopping Center, well-behaved dogs on a leash are allowed into this bookstore. I've never seen a bad dog in there, just a few small dogs who are well-managed by their humans. Because of this, I am guessing that if a dog is poorly behaved the staff asks them to leave.

However they manage it, if you're having a walk with your mannerly pup you can stop in for a book, no worries.
