The staff here are always very friendly and mindful.
They seem aware of their LGBTQIA customers too as I have never been mam'd.

I had an amazing experience at this location. Shout out to Inna( I hope I’m spelling it right). She was so pleasant and even went above and beyond by looking up information on a product to insure that it would ok for me to use. I really appreciate how helpful and kind she was. The store was easy to navigate through as well so that’s a plus :).

Best store around for vitimins and supplements. They have a vast selection of everything you'll need for nutrition. A gym goers paradise.

I just finished shopping at the Vitamin shoppe in Libbie Place (W Broad Street in Richmond) and Randall was so helpful! He gave such fine customer service and as a result of his awesome service he earned the store over $150. He truly went above and beyond helping me find the items I needed. Give that man a raise!!

Drove my mom there a couple of times. The staff member behind the register did an excellent job on assisting her. She even came from behind the counter and walked over to the isles that my mom need assistance in. She wanted to know about specific vitamins and their differences. This was my very first time being in a Vitamin Shoppe, now I am wondering it they're all like this. As you can tell I was and still is very impressed with this Shoppe. Selection is a little overwhelming but the staff are very helpful. There's always some sort of special running and you get coupons with their loyalty card.

This is a friendly Vitamin Shoppe with a good clearance selection. They frequently have free samples as well. The downside is that all Vitamin Shoppes are expensive compared to online shopping or even Kroger.

This place has almost anything you could ask for in the vitamin world. The staff was nice and the prices are good.
