7-Eleven

This store does more to engage with customers and keep the place well stocked (and clean) than any other convenience store I’ve been a regular patron of.

Any (rare) issue they’ve had in the five years I’ve lived down the road has been brought from the outside in and not the fault of the store from what I’ve seen. These issues are always handled promptly and to the best of there ability. Don’t write many reviews but this place deserves one.

24/7 online. Gps. Always good

Convenient, friendly, always well stocked. Gotta get a drink a drink for the road? This is the place to be.

It's one if the best 7 eleven I ever visit.

I really enjoy the.79 Big Gulp at 7-11.

Very clean store with a nice cashier.

Usually pretty busy, most employees are nice with the exception of an arrogant middle aged woman, not sure if she is still working here...

Just like the other guy said the said, miserable blonde woman with glasses always has the door locked.. essentially from 12am-4am you have less than a 50 percent chance of the store being open. Cashiers regularly screw up lottery tickets, and it seems like the super awesome friendly cashiers are gone in like a week.. but ones that have been there for months who still can’t figure out the register.. the real problem is nights though..

I am the blonde/well brown hair at first that use to work horsepen mainly 3-11 shift. I was fired stating that I was a horrible worker that all customers complained about. It is a bit shocking, I cannot remember one time messing up anyone's lottery ever. I really enjoyed the neighborhood customers that came in daily, you all use to make me laugh and make my shift go by faster. I always tried to make the line move as fast as possible and do the cooler to make sure that if you were a regular your drinks no matter what were stocked. I was just not put on the schedule anymore and then over text "the king" gave me some crazy reason why I cannot come back at the customers request. I just want to reach out and apologize to all that I offended in any way. I wish I would of known I was leaving I would of left my info to stay in contact with a lot of customers there. I was going through the roughest part of my life while in Richmond and you all played more of a roll then you know helping me through it. Thank you!! Ill never forget the Twisted teas, Miller Light Guy, Pall Mall red 100's. My girl with black and milds, my girl that got sober and gave up the trulys, the orange Pall Malls.....there are so many kind hearted just good customers that come into that store and i hope they continue to come in.

I came here at this location 01/18/24 The employee was rude and kept staring the whole when I said hey he looked at me like I was stupid. Don’t come here.

every time I get out of work at 2:30 am and arive at the 7/11 around 3am there is a miserable blonde hair women who where's glasses working ,there and she's always mopping the floor and telling me I can't come in . one time I waited 15mins before I could buy cigarettes 🚬 crazy . I mean when I go to sheetz or wawa they have atleast 10-20 customers ,here its only me figure you would want a customer when ever one esle has way more. If your open 24/7 put a wet floor sign up, I want to purchase items and go home . You'll be lucky if this 7/11 is still open in the next few years , no body comes here late night not even the cops anymore ,lol I could remember on a Friday and Saturday 2am the cops would be here looking for the drunks coming in ,lol 😆 they have moved to wawa and sheetz, lol

Cold coffee rude service. Seriously I tried three pots and all the coffee was room tempature. Asked if there was any hot coffee and was rudely told.it was fresh. I left and the guy was yelling at me as I left but I didn't want to get in a fight over coffee so I left. I'll delete the app and drive to WA WA next time

Stay away from this 711. The two old hags that always work here are always super rude and unfriendly. And slow too! They care more about smoking cigarettes than customer service. Luckily the Valero next door has nice people.
