Both my wife and I had the good luck and privilege to work with Toie Crespi, who helped us with our goal to buy a second home in Melbourne Beach. Please know - we typically do not write reviews online to recommend a service or business. But in this case - with Toie - we could not resist. First off - just a very very nice person - genuine, sincere, trusting, knowledgeable and so obvious that she loves the work. From the get-go - Toie's laidback demeanor combined with proficient knowledge of the real estate market very much put us both at ease. Each property that we visited, Toie pointed out pros and cons, without out us asking. Very evident Toie looks out for the client first. Being in the process of moving to a new state, I went through 2 other Realtors who barely gave me the time of day or said they did not deal with budget properties. Then a friend gave me Fran Freeman's number, a Realtor for Prudential Sterling Properties. She is very patient and practical. I looked at a few homes before I had to move, she gave me her honest opinion on the properties and did not push for a larger budget. When crunch time hit for me to move and I had not found a house, she changed gears to find me a rental instead.

She was very informed and extremely knowledgeable. Since she has lived in the area for many years, and volunteers on the Melbourne Beach Volunteer Fire Department, she has a deep understanding and knowledge base to draw on. She is familiar with construction issues common to 50+ year old homes, which was an invaluable help in our situation.
