I was trying to get an important medication for my son filled and this CVS pharmacy location was the only pharmacy around my area that had it. I was having issues with my son's MD actually send it and once it was sent there was an insurance issue. The pharmacy staff gave me non-medical advice on how to resolve the issue. Once the issue was resolved and was finally able to get the Rx filled, the pharmacy tech I spoke with was so caring and patient with me. She said that the meds might not be ready until morning but she was able to get them filled tonight. I am so thankful for her kindness and patience she gave me. Just a big THANK YOU to the pharmacy staff at this location. After all the hassle I went through to even find a pharmacy that had this medicine and fill it, the staff here made my experience so great and I definitely recommend them. Thank you again, so much!

I’m shocked at the reviews of the pharmacy. I have been getting mine here for over a year and unfortunately have quite a bit. Never an issue and if there is like w insurance approval, they politely help me in whatever calls need to be made or direct me what to do. Always polite, I wish people would go easier on them. They have a hard job! Be kinder and bring them a thank you gift!

I Never had a Problem with this CVS Pharmacy/Store. They have always been Nice and Helpful to Me. The Manager and one of the Cashiers put my water and other items in my Car several times. And TJ she is Awesome. This is my favorite CVS.

I've seen first hand how shorthanded the pharmacy has been while also handling a number of COVID 19 questions and concerns. It has been a hard year for all of us. My experiences with this pharmacy have been exceptional. The pharmacy staff work nonstop and even continue after the doors have closed. Thank you, all of the staff from the pharmacist down to the cashier. Your work and dedication has not been overlooked.

I never have any issues when I need a prescription filled. I always make sure to give them 48 hours notice on certain medications, and they always have them by then. It gets really busy sometimes, and I competely understand how hard it is to fill meds with a limited staff. I always call my regular medications in several days in advance, to make sure they have plenty of time to fill them, and so I'm not a bother to them. They are friendly and are always looking out for the patient first, even when the patient may not like their answer.
For those who complain: please realize that 99% of the time, your issue has nothing to do with the staff/people at the store or pharmacy. Most doctor offices only send prescriptions certain times a day (regardless of what they tell you), and it's not the pharmacy staff's fault for that or for any staffing issues.

I've been using this CVS Pharmacy for almost 12 years. The pharmacists are EXCEPTIONAL and the pharmacy team are always friendly, caring, and helpful. The front end of the store employees and manager are always helpful. They greet you as you walk in the door, will help you find something, and treat everyone with respect and dignity. I've even seen employees help bring things out to the elderly people's cars. I read a bad review about homeless people using the bathrooms, etc. Well, I don't go to the store to use the bathroom and I've never seen a homeless person in the store. But, they have every right to buy something or use the bathroom. What's important to me is knowing I am dealing with reliable, knowledgeable, and trusted pharmacists and a great team of store employees.

Always professional and fast for us. Friendly and knowledgeable staff for the several medications we get. We are here almost every week.

Have had great and quick service here since August 2020. Only drawback is my online acct is jammed and can’t get Corp office to help. I also get random texts that aren’t correct. But never had a problem with service.
