I recently established primary care with Dr Velasco. He was attentive and treated me appropriately, and I trust him with my medical care. Probably the best primary care Dr I've ever had. Also. Jocelyn at the front desk was awesome. She was very kind and made my visit even better. Thank you to Dr Velasco, Jocelyn and the entire staff.

He is very thorough in all he does. Does not rush you in and out. Takes time to address your questions and concerns. Pleasant bedside manor. Highly recomnend Dr. Velasco.

Didn't visit him. But in his office is Heather Weeks and she is great.

First off I love Dr. V and his assistant. Whoever hired the boy who is the receptionist for valasco should have made sure he had better experience with a busy office and better people skills , because if he is the representing that portion of the office GOOD LUCK. I would never recommend no one to deal with his little unprofessional A$$.

Just basically a check the box person. Just not involved with checking patients needs out

I have been a patient of Dr. Velasco's for a few years now. I have always liked him and Michael, his RN. But lately, when I need him the most is has been unresponsive.
He hasn't been returning phone calls, even scheduled ones. What is going on in this office?

Very slow with regards to sending referrals out for other physicians and medical equipment. The staff and physician are very nice and pleasant to be around but we just felt like they could’ve done more to help my mother.

For my experience wrong medical history and prescribed me 30 narcotics when went there for a totally different reason
Will never go back to that clinic as long I live in Brevard county.
Could do a process as well of my last visit to that clinic...

I love the Nurse Practitioner, Monica Wise and although I have never personally treated with Dr. Valasco he seems nice when he assists Monica Wise with my treatment. I’ve never had any issue until I called recently and was transferred to Monica Wise’s office and a female answered the phone who stated she works for Both Monica Wise and Dr.Valsco. I must say I was completely thrown aback as I have never experienced a rude staff member there. That has changed now as the female who answered my phone call was so incredibly rude that it was shocking. She basically acted as if she is in charge - of even the Doctors and then proceeded to hang up on me. I won’t call back or return even though Monica Wise is the best. She was so incredibly rude and unprofessional that it was surreal. I’m surprised they would allow such employees to work there.

LOUSY, NO ETHICS staffing, called 3 weeks ago, gave all personal info to make an appointment, was advise someone will call back...
well, to date " NO ONE EVER CALLED "

Have been going to Dr Velasco or should I say Quality medical for 20 + years. Our 1st Dr was Dr Salluck who was personal & we were treated by him. Since Dr Velasco took over we had 2 Great physician Asst. BUT in the 20 + years I have never met the good Dr !!! Now my wife has had severe neck problems for over 3 weeks now. Have been in 2 times. Severe pain as I guess today we are going to the emergency room since the good Dr will not prescribe any pain or medicine or take a personal look!!! What to do.... 3 weeks now she has had to sleep in the recliner.... ABSOLUTELY DR VELASCO OFFERS NO HELP! Since they have been the only Dr. what can we do????
Who else is recommended??? Is this the only way to reach the "good doctor".

Andrea myers is the rudest. I got kicked out for missing 2 appointments! I've never heard of something like this. I'm a single mother of 3 which she knew of and to do this to someone is beyond terrible. I do not recommend her. She's very rude, and inconsiderate. She knew my situation and what I am going through in my life at the moment. How do people do that to somebody.
