UPDATE! Just finalized getting some details from a booking. The manager finally got back to me on charges that I thought were incorrect. I gifted two spa packages and I thought I was overcharged. Turns out the recipient 's tip went on my card and it is definitely well desired. Don't let my mix-up turn you away! Enjoy. BREAK BREAK I booked two introductory massages for two college students as a gift. They thoroughly enjoyed them and would probably go back. The issue: prior to booking, I inquired about receiving the introductory special price for the first visit and received confirmation that they were eligible and paid over the phone. Unfortunately, I was charged full price. This is not a mistake but an integrity issue. When a company shows you that integrity is an issue on their end, its plain foolish to think they will ever honor or respect you as a customer. I am very glad these students had wonderful massages but my money won't patron the Hand and Stone company again.

Employee were so welcoming and kind. Very calming and clean store. I had my first facial ever done by Hailie Gaboury and she did a phenomena job! It was so relaxing and saw great results. Will definitely be back.

I spent a long time looking for a new massage therapist that clicked with my wants and needs. This is where I found her! The ambiance in the lobby is lovely, the massage rooms are peaceful, and the staff is kind. I cannot stop recommending them.

They also do facials that are quite relaxing and have left me feeling clean and glowing!

A Truly Amazing Experience. My skin has never looked/ felt so smooth. My Facial was relaxing & done in a professional manner . Tory made me feel right at home and was very Informative & Accommodating. Furthermore offered special deals since it was my first time. Great experience I’ll definitely be back soon .

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but my experience at hand and stone with Tory was exceptional. She was so attentive and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my skincare goals. I can’t recommend Tory at hand and stone enough!!!

Tory is phenomenal. Simply a magician and a gem of a human. I can't recommend her enough. I've struggled with acne breakouts throughout early adulthood until now and my skin has never looked better. I trust her infinitely and hope to keep her FOREVER.

1st time here and it was fabulous! Anthony was the BEST therapist I have ever had and I’ve had many massages. From the beginning to the end he recognized my trigger points and addressed each one. Very professional and courteous. Definitely am returning!

I've been twice now - once for a massage and once for my first ever facial. I've loved both experiences! The staff is very kind, and listened to all of my concerns. My face felt amazing afterwards, and both the massage and facial left me feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I signed up for their membership rewards program which is a great deal - the front desk staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall a really fantastic experience!

I found Hand and Stone online, and I am so glad that I did. They are located in a great area (Carytown) and the staff are all very pleasant to interact with. They have great membership deals and they give 100% each visit. I see Jacqueline, and she is awesome! Very kind and easy to talk to and goes out of her way to make your massage a great experience. One of her appointments went over once and into the time that I was scheduled. She still gave me my full hour and reduced the price to compensate for me waiting when she didn't have to. When you arrive at Hand and Stone, they have relaxing music and the rooms have low lighting and heated beds if you like.

A great way to make sure I make time for myself! I was given a gift certificate as a Christmas present several years ago. It took me forever to use it, but once i did, i immediately signed up for their membership. I'm so glad i did. This is a way to force myself to TAKE CARE of myself! I have had regular massages, the hot stone massage, and facials and I recommend them all. I can't recommend a single person because everyone has been wonderful and so professional. I really prefer to remain quiet during my massages, and just enjoy, and i have never had a problem with that. I don't see massages or facials as luxuries - they are vital to my self-care and wellness!

I love going to Hand and Stone. The staff is very thoughtful and work hard to provide excellent service. I see Dyleen for massages. She listens to me and helps me care for my body. I have an old injury in my hands and forearms and she helps me to maintain and have maximum use of them. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready to go.

I had a massage with December on Tuesday and it was wonderful! She was very personable and knowledgeable. I discussed the different upgrades, and decided on the Himalayan stone massage and I'm glad I did. The massage was very relaxing. So much so that I will be upgrading to a 90 minute massage for my next service. Looking forward to my next appointment with her.

I have been a member since 2014 and I love my monthly massages! I feel welcome and special every time I go in for my appointments. The massage therapists are talented and very professional. The atmosphere is calming, aesthetically pleasing and it's always nice and clean. I feel so good after every massage! I expect to be a member for many years to come.

I love this place! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Sherwin was amazing! It was my first time with a male masseuse and he mad me feel so comfortable. He was professional, kind, respectful, and took the time to assess my needs. I'm definitely returning for another massage!

I always have a good experience at Hand & Stone! I have received services from both Wes and Molly, and they are both amazing! I regularly see Molly (about once a month), and she is the best massage therapist I have ever worked with! She is respectful, and intuitive about pressure level and such. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend checking them out!
