Publix Super Market at Carytown Exchange

Dropped in for some probiotics and wet ones. I couldn't find the WetOnes, so I asked the Assistant Manager for help. Dion didn't know where the items were, but he didn't give up until we found them. Thanks for your help Dion! Parking is great, they have a parking garage and open air parking. Great grocery store for fruits, vegetables, fresh meats, fresh made bakery items. I used to shop there in Florida and it's nice to find them in Virginia as well.

I sit here for lunch often and I always hear the employees speak to each other with such respect and dignity and they all look like they work together well as a team. I see a beautifully diverse set of staff even some special needs and it is refreshing to see such care and tenderness go into the way they interact with customers. The layout of the store is innovative and intuitive and feels almost futuristic. Truly a standout location for this company.

The assistant butcher here is incredible and will cut portion sizes that you request.

Well I had got me a sub and was so good also fresh I will return again and very clean. the worker was respectful and all smile on their faces💨💨💨

Love Publix, the employees are AL WAYS nice, greet you, respectful and willing to help you with anything you need. Love the BOGOS and the cooked food is always delicious!

Finally, a market I enjoy on the level of Ukrop’s is back in Carytown. Construction took a long time, but the end result was worth the wait. The new parking deck provides much needed parking for Publix. The market is the perfect size, not too large and not too small, with all of the qualities I’ve come to expect and appreciate from Publix.

Always a refreshing atmosphere for a grocery store. I love the variety of products. Prices are a little higher but so worth it. Try their fried chicken or rotisserie. Delicious

Great prepared food (their fried chicken is amazing). The grocery selection is good for a smaller store. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I really like shopping at Publix the service is good and the stores are always very well maintained as you can see by the pictures. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to engage customers.

Great environment, super clean and they have the best Turley subs ever, I haven't been to WaWa in 3 weeks and I've been a WaWa Gal since 2015 even before they came to VA

I was in town for the weekend helping a friend move and stopped at the deli counter to order sandwiches - all four of us were impressed by the exceptional quality. I would highly recommend.

Love this Publix! The square deli is amazing and never disappoints. Try the Teriyaki bowl, you won't regret it. I like how they always greet you and genuinely care about helping you find what you need. When I first moved to Richmond I got my groceries from the Lombardy Kroger (shudder. if you know, you know) and Publix is the polar opposite: clean, bright, inviting, and great staff. This is definitely a go-to for groceries!

I love this Publix. I’m so happy it’s here. I don’t tell Kroger I go here though I don’t want them to be upset.

Parking is adequate during non-peak hours and free. Glad to have this in Carytown.

If they had a Google my business page for the parking lot that would get 5 stars too. Coolest parking lot of any grocery store in the greater Richmond area. Amazing parking. Plus it's a Publix when you get inside and Publix is a high quality grocer. If you eat food I'd recommend a visit.
