Kroger

One stop shop for most of my grocery and household needs. Picked up a couple Home Chef heat and eat meals, but not for me. They have a good amount of gluten free choices, but they just about all have dairy. The bathroom is no longer at the front left of the store it is to the right by the pharmacy. Pretty good cheese selection, but i would like more lactose free(goat cheese or buffalo cheese) options.

Today I finally returned to this Kroger location in Carytown. Immediately I was greeted by staff upon entering the store. Honestly, it’s my favorite Kroger location. Even though I drive one hour from Farmville VA, it’s worth the trip! This store carries a lot of the organic and Simple Truth brand items that I like. Plus it’s an opportunity to see some other stores in Carytown during my visit. The employees at this store are very helpful and provided accurate information on which aisle to find the items that I needed.

Kroger is a full service supermarket. Produce selection is usually top notch. Meats, etc. better than average. A good all around store.

Best Richmond Kroger. I say hi to everyone who works here and they say hi back. I feel like family when I shop at this Kroger. I’d die for this Kroger tbh.

Came to Kroger today after a pretty long day and went to Vincsehena’s (sorry about the spelling if it’s wrong!) line. Her cheery attitude and smile really made my day. Thank you!!

I went into the store to buy some fried chicken late night. It turns out they close the prepared food area around 8. A delightful lady named O went out of her way to retrieve me some chicken from the back!

Nice place besides the Lombardy Street Kroger and the Willow Lawn Kroger, and let's not forget that Food Lion is not to be excluded from the stores that I love and respect.

I NEED to give a shoutout to Cevion, Jaizha, and the other pick-up staff working 8/29 PM because they were absolutely HUSTLING on orders tonight. They were a little behind but gave GREAT customer service while people were upset about it taking some time to get their groceries. Usually my order is ready to be picked up, but this was the first time having to wait. Their kindness and work ethic was above and beyond - I didn’t even mind the wait. They need bonuses! Thank you to you both!

This Kroger is significantly nicer than the other location (the one by the Lowes). Produce is high quality and often in generous sales, it is better stocked, and it is cleaner. Overall a nicer experience, if you have to go to Kroger this would be the one to go to. Still more expensive than some other options, but for a Kroger, it is five star.

Pretty Nice Place to shop Grocery and some daily things. Good offers. Fresh Sushi and Lunch Buffet.

We went to this Kroger to get a cash money order for a rental, after trying to make it work with Western Union. After a stressful day of packing and last minute details, we went to Kroger. Parker at the service desk was awesome! He was quick to help us and process our order. He was our hero! Great service, and we noticed how clean and organized the store was in our short visit. Thank you, Parker!!!

This is a large Kroger and the best food supermarket in Carytown. They have some of the lowest prices in the region and carry a very large selection of products - more then other area stores. They are pretty good about carrying the newest products, flavors, or varieties that come out. Produce is good, but not the best. They have pretty good chef made hot food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a nice fresh deli with all natural nitrite free meat options, a salad bar with always changing options, a large olive bar, and one of the best cheese selections in the area, a nice bakery, fresh seafood and butcher section. They have two full isles of organic and all natural products, plus even more throughout the store. They have a large wine, champagne, cider, and beer selection. Their ice cream and ice pop selection is very good, and includes all of the latest brands and flavors, including all of the Halo Top ice cream flavors. Be sure to join their shoppers club which includes fuel rewards. Using their app you can add hundreds of valuable digital coupons to your shoppers card each week. Plus as a shoppers club member you will get customized free and discount coupons for products you buy on a regular basis. Overall, a great store for all your food needs.

Great place to shop. I love the fact that you can get foods here such as rice milk and Jerusalem artichoke noodles here. My son has food allergies and I love that I can get foods specific to his dietary requirements. I also love the deli section that offers great tasting take home meals for just about any craving.

I just wanna shout out the staff who work pickup orders because they have NOT MISSED. If y’all aren’t tipping these great people you better start because they deserve it. Michael and the other person with long brown hair have been nothing but kind and helpful 😇

The manager works with his team at the check outs and he is always on top of it. He's really helpful if you need to find something fast. I go to this grocery even though it's farther for me.

Also, Stanley is the best! He works through until midnight (after his day job) as a cashier most nights it seems. And somehow he's always so kind and the most polite person I've ever met in any service industry role. You rock, dude!

Fantastic place for all your grocery needs

This is my favorite grocery store. Excellent selection (best selection of gluten free options in town that I've found), good prices, and friendly workers. The self checkout clerk and the pharmacy staff always remember me and great me warmly. Manager's special section often has great finds. Even though I moved across town I still come here most of the time.

I love to shop at Kroger. The food and produce is always fresh, and the customer service is impeccable.

Very helpful staff, store is normally pretty clean. Can be very busy on the weekends. They have really good produce section, with a lot of variety and very resh.

Definitely need to get a kroger card so you can get all the deals on groceries

They also have a good craft beer selection and will often get the seasonal varieties of some hard to find beers

Very good grocery store. They have everything. I was there at 12 and they had toilet paper. They have nice flowers to and the vegetables are always fresh. I recommend it for all your shopping. They are not receiving your bags. They using paper bags and plastics for now
