Publix Super Market at Post Commons Shopping Center

Every employee greets you throughout the store. The app that helps me create my list always gives me the aisle # making shopping much easier.
It is truly a pleasure shopping there.

One question what happened to all the ladies who worked in the Bakery?

I had what would’ve been a negative experience turned into a pleasant one because of exceptional customer service. When I got there, my mobile ordered sub wasn’t ready - no worries, sometimes things run behind. After a few minutes, a kind gentleman whose name I didn’t get came to check on me, as he saw me waiting. He checked that my order was received, apologized to me for the wait. After maybe 1 or 2 more minutes, went to the deli on my behalf, saw it wasn’t being made, and got a manager. Turns out the printer that printed mobile orders had broken, so while it went through, the people in the deli didn’t know. The entire time, they kept me updated and had a smile on their faces. Because of my long wait, they ended up comping my sub as well, which I really appreciated.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Publix and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. Their self-checkout system was seamless and user-friendly, making the entire process quick and efficient. Not only that, but whenever I needed assistance or encountered an item price change, the customer service provided was exceptional. The staff were attentive, courteous, and resolved any issues promptly, ensuring a stress-free shopping experience. Overall, Publix exceeded my expectations with their top-notch service and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Publix to anyone seeking a convenient and pleasant grocery shopping experience.

Happy to report that the great Publix service and experience is up to par here. No complaints at all. Didn't get a chance to check our their beer selection though...

I love the new store. Very clean. The people that work there are super friendly and when you pass an employee while you're walking down the isle, they always ask if I need any help finding anything. Many times they will stop what they're doing and walk you to the isle where your item is. Kudos to the management and their team of workers.

Publix is one absolutely amazing store.. I know all of the things that draws me to Publix are the employees.. They are always very professional, helpful and informative.. The shelves are always clean and well stocked.. Their prices are very affordable and competitive.. Some great sales can be found.. You really have to visit Publix to see for yourself and you'll agree with me on all of these accounts.. Keep up the good work and continue with what you're doing.. Thanks.. ☺ 😊 🙂

There is nothing I can say about Publix that people don't know. The service is great the stores are clean and in great shape. They kind of like the Nordstrom's of supermarkets willing to go over backwards for customer. Which is why I understand why they have self-checkout lanes. Now. People go there for the service and to feel special. Self checkout just doesn't jive with Publix. As far as I'm concerned, it takes the one-on-one personality and one-on-one service out of the whole equation of publics. Now if they put in the four self checkout lanes does that mean that four people lost hours from work?

The bakery is always on our list for family birthdays! Delicious as always...

Helpful & friendly deli employees even though they are so busy making subs. Great turkey sandwich & cold drink to surprise my son with after a hot day at baseball camp. Produce section stocked nicely & everything looked fresh and in good condition.

Under budget and over delivered!
Being 3 hours away, I always send flowers to my Mom for her birthday. The usual floral delivery runs me $50 for 1 small item.
I then thought: how about PUBLIX and an uber.
Forget the Uber, PUBLIX had everything I needed AND delivered for a small fee the very same day! In fact it was only 40 minutes later when my Mom received her gifts!
I got her a dozen red roses, a birthday balloon, a blueberry pie and 1/2 gal vanilla ice cream.
WHOOO HOOO!
The fees and a generous more than 20% tip brought the total to only $48!! Under budget and over delivered!
I am so excited and the gift was over the top fun and delivered in unheard of quick time. I love the floral shops but to have balloon and birthday dessert included! Thanks Publix! That was amazing!

Like most grocery stores, it supplies the things you want and need. Unlike most grocery stores, the staff were all very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to assist.
