Off the main roads location, but worth the brief detour to try whatever amazingness is being offered for the day. The curry spice fried chicken with zingy dipping sauce is the exact alive protein your taste buds and your muscles really need! Try the Ethiopian Beef Shepard's Pie for a new type of comfort food. Friendly service. Great eats.

Amazing pizza! I got the kale-17, it had the perfect amount of spice. The crust was delicious 🤤. I will go there again 100%

This commissary kitchen is a space for multiple delicious food vendors on a rotating calendar. Links to the vendors can be found on the Lila's Kitchen website or Facebook page. Incredibly creative and delicious food comes out of two different takeout windows that allows up to two vendors to operate at the same time. Food can be pre-ordered through each vendor or purchased on site. There is tent seating or you can carry your food over to the neighboring brewery's beer garden. Lila's Kitchen allows extremely creative restaurateurs an opportunity to try their ideas without the need to heavily invest in their own brick and mortar locations. The various vendors offer unique food that can sometimes not be found elsewhere in town. I'm excited to see what else happens at Lila's Kitchen. Photo is of ling cod tacos by the Batch Brothers, who are currently operating for lunch Tuesday through Friday, with special dinner offering on Friday and Saturday.

Fast turnaround on good pizza, though I understand that the restaurants rotate. I missed the lunch rush, which may have done more for the atmosphere, but it was pleasant. Deer walked past, into the park.

Everything we have eaten at Lila’s Kitchen has been delicious so far…but today The Friendly Nettle absolutely nailed it! We had the Ethiopian style beef Shepherd’s Pie, the Curry Chicken Shepherd’s pie, and the fried chicken with spicy yassa sauce. Holy smokes 😍. This was hands down one of the best meals I have had in a long time. The fried chicken was juicy and flavorful on its own…but the yassa sauce was the cherry on top! I am a huge fan of shepherd’s pie…and these did not disappoint. This is not your average meal, this food is clearly made with love and consideration. In addition, the service lived up to their name and was friendly indeed. Don’t pass up the opportunity to snag a plate from these guys!

What a great place. The tacos were amazing! We had cauliflower and pork, both were wonderful and the green sauce, tomatillo, jalapeno and cilantro was so good I bought a bottle to take home. The chocolate dessert was so good! The staff were very nice. The portions were huge, we had to take food home. Do yourself a favor and try it.

I ate it all!!! You have to come find out for yourself everything was delicious!!! Have the buffet on a sunday afternoon.

Finally a place to get stuff not yet offered out in this town. it's a limited selection as the chefs rent per day from lila. So certain days u can get this, other days that. Info is on the website. U can even order online. There's also a large open air tent w limited seating, if it's not too cold.
I had the Lamb gyro. It was really good. Lots of meat. Too much pepper shaker for me tho, I'll specify next time.

Awesome comfy food! Huge portions of awesomeness. The hot mess burger was a delicious big mess (The other burger was a regular sized mess also) wings were perfect and the tacos were fantastic!

Why five stars for a out of the way window only place? Cause the concept and the food is great, clean and surprise in this touristy town.

Amazing fried chicken, so tender and juicy. The spice is quite unique. lamb gyro wrap is also special.

Gives tasty upstarts a place. This is a great thing. Several regular providers of unusual edibles await. Donuts, hot sauce and slow food ready fast are a few options.

Came here with my mom for lunch and we LOVED it!! The ingredients were so fresh and colorful. We got the beet salad and the fish tacos and sat in the outdoor covered patio.

Lila's Kitchen is a great incubator for a bunch of good food businesses. Great idea for Port Townsend. Eating is outside under a big beautiful red tent.

Seriously. I’m torn between wanting to tell everybody about this gem because all the food here is in⚡sane but also wanting to not have it sold out everyday to endlessly long lines of tourists. What to do?
Guerilla Kitchen does the 💣 yakisoba and fried oyster poor boys and Batch Bros kills the Ling Cod or cauliflower tacos and kimchi. Miss Grace Love saves souls with her blessedly tasty offerings. And on and on. You can’t go wrong.

Could eat here everyday!!! Amazing food!!
Healthy and fresh hard to find these days.
We just found this about two weeks ago and have been there 5 times. LOVE IT!!!!

This is my favorite hidden treasure of Port Townsend. Unique, top notch food by diverse group of local chefs. Get the Friendly Nettle Sunday dinner and you will defiantly make it a staple.

Shared by several restaurants on a rotating schedule -- see their web site. We last went when Batch Brothers was cooking, and their burgers and fries were excellent!

There is always good food coming through here and they offer this town a unique opportunity having different food vendors try out their menus. Love the idea and I try to visit often to support those small businesses.
