This is a horrible CVS. I called 2 hours then an hour before I left to pick up my prescription and it still wasn’t ready. Waited 30 minutes before done. Nobody behind the counter knew what they were doing. Very short on staff. Staff was nice but overwhelmed. There is a new pharmacy down the road. Go there!!

Not a clue how this location has better reviews than the one on Cox and Broad, which seems to have been transplanted directly from the northeast with its efficiency. This one, however…if this were the pharmacy portrayed in the film It’s a Wonderful Life, the little recipient of the pills would surely have perished. No communication, silly avoidable errors, wasted time—avoid.

20 Full minutes and I am still in the Pharmacy Drive Thru. They are on their 3rd car since I pulled up. The drive through line is closed in so I am trapped. FML. Complete incompetence. Now 25 minutes still waiting. 28... Still waiting.

Stood in line for a long time, twice, listening to one woman, being so rude to pharmacy customers on the phone, I don't want to go back.
