Kat got me a quote pretty quickly, and when I had questions and wanted to modify the policy to make it more in my price range, she did it the same day. Policy signed. I'm already much happier.

I am currently refinancing several investment properties that I have ensured through Kim Osman insurance Group. Dawn Dupree is the office manager that I interact with the most and she has been most outstanding. She responds quickly and expertly. She's also very patient with the mortgage company.
The mortgage industry is going nuts right now and they've hired a lot of newbies. In every process chain, there's at least one person who doesn't yet have a good handle on what's going on. Dawn has been very patient and worked with these people beyond my capacity or tolerance level, and I've raised five teenagers.
