I want to give a HUGE thank you to Jeremy, Chris, and the techs who serviced my Ford Fiesta over the last few weeks for tires. Thank you for the professionalism and ensuring my car was taken care of! Good people are increasingly hard to find nowadays- will be back soon!

Kevin was professional and very knowledgeable. Awesome alignment and great warranty. Had my car back sooner than expected. I appreciate him placing the new tire in the rear so that it wouldn’t effect the alignment.

Kemco did 3 horrible alignments and did not balance my front right tire after having to change it out twice. I did have to pay for the tire each time because they changed their mind last minute about using the warranty even though it was their bad alignment that caused one tire to separate.

Made a same day appointment. I arrived 45 minutes early they began working on thr car immediately. Replaces battery I was surprised within 15 minutes I was leaving. Highly recommend A++++++++

We had an awesome experience at Pep Boys, thanks to Varma Mungal. We had trouble with our car, and Varma stayed until the job was done perfectly, and it was after hours. He was very good to us, and has earned our trust. Thank you, Varma, for a job well done.

I came in very last minute because no other service center could replace my tires because they couldn’t get my wheel lock off. My tires were separating and I was scared to drive with my child in the car. They were so patient with me and stayed late to replace all four tires since they had the means to get my wheel lock off. I’m so grateful and appreciate of everyone who pitched in to get my car safe to drive again, despite having to stay an hour late to do so!

Been here a few times now for tires and oil change and they are always amazing. Great service. Fast and smooth. Kevin was especially helpful.

After a long drive from Indiana we decided to stop into pep boys to put new tires on our vehicle and had a great experience. Kevin and the associates at this location took extremely good care of us. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They installed 4 new tires, aligned the steering, & performed other various preventative maintenance services while the vehicle was there. We are more than pleased with the work they performed on our vehicle. The results show on our 1400 mile trip back home. If we ever need services while back in Florida we will definitely be returning to this location!

I had a great experience getting my car fixed at Pep Boys on Northlake. It needed a lot of work done and Varma, Jorge, and the rest of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great customer service and my car was fixed and on the road very quickly. I will definitely be coming back for any future maintenance and/or repairs!

I came in frantically after the battery in my car died, upon arrival Varma and Kevin greeted us and asked what was going on. I told them about my battery and Varma immediately checked to see if he had it in stock, to which he did! He even cleaned up the terminal for me. After being stressed due to other places not having my battery, Varma took a big weight off my shoulders and was so nice while doing so. I recommend coming here any day for your vehicle needs and especially don’t forget to ask for Varma!

I went to Pepe boys and got 4 new tires, an alignment and an oil change. Kevin was super helpful and they did a great job.

Came in with a fleet vehicle and no appointment. Varma was fantastic in setting up profile for the fleet info and they were able to get me in and out in no time! Will definitely be back but will make an appointment as I am sure I got lucky with the timing today. Overall great experience!

Varma was the best, nicest person to deal with as busy as they were. I was kept informed throughout the day. He even helped me charge my dying phone while I waited! I will bring my husband car to him this week for tires, too!
