TMobile provided spectacular customer service, especially Anthony Fierro. He helped me every step of the way and was extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything, answered my questions and helped me get a good phone and plan within my budget. I am grateful. If you want great service, go here.

I came into Tmobile from Metro and was very pleased with my service from Anthony. He was kind, understanding, a great listener and really fit our needs for phone service. I got 4 new phones on promotion and when my bill came, it was exactly what Anthony told us it would be. I was worried about my pictures and contacts being lost but Anthony reassured me and my family that he had our backs.

I just went in and added a line. I was expecting to be there for hours, eventhough they were busy Anlique got me be the best deal and all set up quickly. She was the great.

Chris helped me out because I lost my phone. Above and beyond to do so. Great place . He's a real asset.

After having my phone stolen, I ended up on a 5 day adventure with countless phone calls to tmobile and visits to their store on Okeechobee. Everybody I spoke to gave me the run around and gave me more stress than help. I went to the store on Northlake as a last ditch effort in hopes to get this resolved. Obviously I was beyond frustrated at this time.

I came in and spoke to Brandon to explain what the issue was. He was very patient and helpful. After an hour, and multiple phone calls to their unhelpful phone support, Brandon was able to resolve my issues and we got the claim filed. My new phone is now on the way.

My wife and I had great service from Val and the store manager Eric. We got both phone and internet service. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. Also left AT&T for internet.T Mobile internet speed is three times faster than AT&T and better customer service. Don’t even get me started about Boost Mobile’s customer support. Hour wait, then past on to another country, what’s up with that.

I normally go to a different t-mobile because of how close the commute is. I’m glad I came to this location here on Northlake !! Brandon was so professional and helpful during my visit. He has such a positive attitude and I’m very pleased by the customer service he presented here today! This will be my new location from now on. Thank you Brandon.

Come to this store, I came for a quick troubleshooting and they did a excellent job as well as helping me with some other inquiries about my plan and possible add ons to my account, seriously no pressure go see

I used to be Cricket customer. Mel was TERRIFIC. He took care almost of all my needs and wants. I did not have time to be longer at this Cricket store. Looks like I may come back to Cricket wireless with their $40 everything unlimited. Mel is the guy with outstanding customer service.

This wonderful and humble representative Miguel, took very good care of my cellphone issues.
He took the time to look into my account and found a way to fix the problem.
This was my 3rd visit to a Tmobile establishment concerning the same issue.
All he did was "do his job Well"

Best customer service I have ever had - for all those negative reviews, see April the next time. She is the BEST! She worked to get me the best plan for my needs, and ONGOING service (beyond work hours) to ensure my daughter's switch worked smoothly (she is located 2 states away). There may be a wait but April is WORTH IT!

The best T-mobile store I have ever been in! Very friendly and helpful staff ! But….. 2 weeks later not so helpful when there is a problem. T-Mobile is not sprint and sprint is not T-Mobile 🤦🏻‍♀ Got a new phone and plan $ changed and nobody can fix it.

Excellent customer service. No gimmicks, honest, reliable, made sure my new phone was all set to the point ready to go. I regret not taking the associate that helped me out, however the whole staff at this location are friendly and prepare to help you with your mobile concerns. Awesome location.

T mobile friendly Brandon was very helpful and fixed my phone problem. This is the best phone company I ever had. T have had cell phones since the early 90s and Brandon gave me extant customer service

Long time T-Mobile customer, i love their service, but hate their customer service (I usually visit the store on Okeechobee near I-95).

However my visit to this location was a great experience. I went in to put a line on a used tablet and Shadeine informed me of what i could do with my account. Ultimately i got a new tablet, new phones while keeping my bill from sky rocketing ( i was on an old plan). She answered all questions, and got me in and out of the store in a timely manner. Shout out to Alex and Steven. Thank you three for all your help, your store is now the one i will visit from now on.
