Party City,in Morrow, GA, is superb! Ms.Rose ,the manager,and her entire staff, Always give me A+ customer service. Amera and Tee assisted me on my recent balloon bouquet pick-up order. They were very friendly and professional. No matter the occasion or last minute situation, I can ALWAYS depend on,Morrow, GA, Party City to accommodate me with super customer service and a friendly smile.

Helpful for a quick last minute collage of balloons, but one deflated in less than an hour.

We were able to easily find what we were looking for, and the ladies that worked there were very professional, friendly, efficient, and helpful. Prices were decent as well (Party City sometimes gets a wrap for being overpriced, but that has reasonable prices and even good sales for the items that we were looking for!).

Made my order today getting ready for Vicci 22nd birthday. Ready for pickup same day. The first time I ordered online I received items 2 days later. Every item was accounted for Party City been on point.

Party City in Morrow is absolutely 💯 % gorgeous since it has been redesigned.
When you walk in the door, the ballon station is in the center!
I was overwhelmed with how beautiful it was, and I asked a salesperson for help.
They flashed a happy smile and told me to go to the area to select what I wanted, pay for it at the front counter and she would be more than happy to inflate my balloons for me.
The selections were amazing and I had a wonderful shopping experience.

We had a great experience here preparing for our gender reveal. Lashaun was incredible and helped us out so much! She doesn't know how much we appreciated her patience and kindness. This will now be our go to Party City.

Great place! Convenient. Many items and goodies from decorations and supplies including millions of themes.

I see some people saying they ran out of stuff for major holidays so they gave a few stars! Lol it's the holidays, please order or purchase things in a timely manner. I'm sure stores order back ups.

I love Great customer service because when the person goes the extra mile it makes the transaction so smooth &makes you feel good about spending your dollar. We all appreciate that! Party city gives you that experience. If you catch them on a good day lol but then again everyone has a difficult day on the job so it's all relatable. Partycity corporation you need to send more foil numbers to this store its 50/50 if you will find the numbers you need. Great store I think it could use just a bit more support due to the high volume of traffic it gets.I see the potential! A diamond in the rough.
