Barnes & Noble

My friend and I were in the Starbucks located inside Barnes & Noble for two meetings. My friend is a book lover. Just being around books is a calming factor for my friend. While there I took the liberty of browsing through the many books and magazines on the shelves. Much to my surprise, there was an excellent selection of interesting puzzles. Putting puzzles together is one of my favorite things to do when I have extra relaxation time.

Stopped by to pick up a few reads and to grab a cup of Joe. Not organized to the fullest but very well stocked. My kiddos love the children’s section. Checking out is always a breeze and employees are helpful.

Great place for kids to explore. Got some old school wooden puzzles for my grands for Christmas, they totally enjoyed them. Found some great deals in the clearance section... Great area for gifts.

I'm still a traditional reader, so this place is dear to my heart. I go every other week to check out events or any new book arrivals. The employees are sooo helpful . I forgot his name but he helped me find a great manuscript for my son that plays piano I'm so grateful.

Great book store, I think this is a house of human knowledge. We can go to Barnes and Noble to read, study, learn... A lot of books and kindle books too. Come here and make more rich knowledge: literatures, history, science, technology, religion, poems, philosophy, languages, art....Barnes & Noble have most creative of human.

Walked right in and got the book set my daughter wanted. So it's all good in my book. She had a good Christmas and is reading the heck out of the books.

I love love love this B&N!!! It's like my neighborhood bookstore & it feels like community!!! I will protect the staff at all costs!!! Jennifer from the Café is ALWAYS a delight & I look forward to seeing her when I visit!!!
Today, I had a unique experience. I lost my phone & thought I mistakenly threw it away! So I asked the manager if I can dumpster dive... lol. Manager Linesha was ready to jump in with me LOL. I said to myself, now THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE and did not even expect or want her to do this for me. After all it was my fault I couldn't find it!!! But she was ready;) Not too long after, another manager Rick came out to help... I was FLOORED at the care they had for their customer!!! Customer Service is a lost art but they still have it!! We didn't find the phone in the garbage but Rick was determined to help me find it!!! He showed me how to activate my Samsung "find my mobile" from his phone. Linesha called me a few times to see if it would ring!! Then she called the Cafe & asked Jennifer!! The last thing Linesha did was come w/me to my car to look... & of course THATS WHERE IT WAS (FACEPALM). I felt so embarrassed yet grateful to have someone else care about solving my problem. It's all a blessing in disguise bc hopefully they will be blessed for helping me & I learned about the find my phone feature!!!PLEASE look after the staff... I will go to bat for them anytime!!!! THANK YOU!! Next stop, I'm writing corporate to give praises!!!

Always great for the latest of my literary needs. It serves the community well for books, magazines, games and children's reading materials. 👍🏾👍🏾

I still love this bookstore. I couldn't find the specific edition anywhere else. They found and reserved it. The place feels so cozy. The checkout clerk was patient with while my wife(on the phone) gave the details for the book she wanted. My only complaint is the store is so far away. It is still worth every minute of the trip.

My daughter loves Barnes & Noble! As for me lol Mommy loves Barnes & Noble too because they have a STARBUCKS inside!😉🥰 woot woot

I always have a pleasant experience at this store location. Every associate is always so helpful and kind. Today I visited and had a pleasant conversation with Spencer on Psychology books. They were incredible and had tons of recommendations for me! I would absolutely suggest this location to friends and family, and certainly plan to come back soon.

I visited the store just recently while on vacation and I was so pleased with the customer service and how clean and organize the store was. I purchased the membership and a few books for myself and my son. I traveled back to my hometown in the Caribbean and realize my membership card had issues pulling up online to make a purchase. I called back the store in Morrow ,GA and spoke to Ricky I explained my concern and he was very tentative and was able to resolve my issue, locate my info and helped me out tremendously. My experience was 10 out of 10

This is a book lover's dream. Always one of my favorite places to visit and the people that work here are always very knowledgeable. There is also a Starbucks inside with a sitting area so there's that. Happy reading!

I had no idea they sold jigsaw puzzles!?!? Also there is a small Cafe inside. Can this place be any more perfect!

The bookstore is very nice! I felt very relaxed walking around and looking. The staff are very kind. Book selection was nice. The black voices section was the biggest I've seen yet!

My only complaint is the music in Barnes and Nobles is trash! Please fix the music. Look on YouTube for a better playlist or something. The 1930's crying of old women and men is very draining on the ears and ruins the experience overall. I'll be back but I'll be ignoring the music for sure!

The coffee shop is not good. Don't waste your time. Poor girl was alone running it and made my sister's drink wrong. I felt very bad for her. My drink tasted like burnt coffee.

I love Barnes & Noble! It really is a hidden jewel of Clayton County. Every time I go in there, I find something that I ordinarily wouldn't have thought about getting online. For example, my wife and I are going on a Mediterranean cruise next year, and I found an excellent guidebook! Plus, I picked up a cold mocha latte from the in-store Starbucks. I'm so glad to have this store here.

The smell of new books is a fave. I found some great books for my nephews birthday!

this Barnes & Noble is nice and cozy. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and honestly I’m glad it’s still standing. In a world of technology, I’m glad physical copies of books music and legos are still a thing! Decent Harry Potter collection as well as pokemon Cards, I tend to nerd out when I see these things! Glad we can keep places like this alive.

I was looking for the Promised Land signed copy book from Barack Obama. They were sold out everywhere I even called the locations in California and they were completely sold out. I called the Barnes & Noble‘s at South Lake and Douglas Answered the phone. Douglas was so kind over the phone he let me know that there was one book left and I said I would be on my way to purchase it. When I got to the location he was so helpful and so kind. There were other books that I was looking for as well and at that location they were sold out so he called seven other Barnes & Noble‘s to see if they had the book that I was looking for. He was able to locate the books that I was looking for and I purchased those books as well. His hospitality and customer service was excellent he went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed. Douglass truly made my day because I was stressed out trying to find this book. I was able to find this book and I had a great experience talking with Douglass. All the employees were super nice at this location. I would like to say thank you Douglas for everything that you did for me. I think that Douglas deserves an award, a raise he deserves something because he did an outstanding job.
