Excellent experience with El Dorado furniture. The order, delivery and installation went very well. Alex, our Sales Associate, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend El Dorado Furniture.

My wife and I just moved into the Port Saint Lucie area. We decided to start fresh, and needed to purchase all new furniture. Based upon a recommendation, we contacted Doris at El Dorado. She was simply amazing!!! She made the arduous task of buying new furniture easy. Dori’s knowledge of the products she sells, and her impeccable taste made for a great experience. You can tell she was not just trying to sell us furniture. Doris’s only interest was to make sure we were happy! Her professionalism was first class. She not only gave us great ideas, but also guided us to beautiful pieces which has made our home look amazing. Doris went way beyond for us. Her after sales service was so appreciated. If you need furniture we suggest you ask for her. We are so grateful for all she has done for us. Needless to say, we are happy customers!!

HUGE and awesome selection of home furniture, beautifully displayed. Friendly and helpful sales associates. If you think you will find more variety online, think again. And do yourself a favor, go and actually sit on the sofa or love seat before you buy it. It may not be as comfy as it looks and sounds online.

We were dreading furniture shopping, thinking of pushy salespeople, high prices, and not knowing where to begin. We went to el dorado as the first store and walked in and was set us with Doris as our salesperson. She was magical! My experience at El Dorado in West Palm Beach was exceptional! It was a fully white glove and heart warming experience. I highly recommend them for your furniture needs as well as one of the kindest, most patient, thoughtful, and helpful sales professionals I have ever met in my life, Alex Jean-Baptiste.

My father has terminal tongue cancer and cannot speak due to his tongue having to be removed. One of my goals as his daughter is to try to help him make his life as happy and comfortable as possible. We visited many furniture stores in search of a reclining love seat with a storage compartment for medicines and cup holders for intervenes tube feedings. After our high and low search, we went to El Dorado only minutes before closing time, but were graciously welcomed by Alex. He took his time patiently showing us every available option. Once we were ready to purchase almost two months later, Alex still remember exactly who we were, what he showed us, etc. The sofa my father ordered happened to be the incorrect one (our fault not El Dorado’s!). I phoned Alex regarding the issue and he couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating and in just a couple of days the correct love seat arrived!

Alex and the manager of the location went above and beyond to accommodate my father and me. They could not have been more kind and even brought tears to my eyes. It was truly an exceptional shopping experience and it was inspiring and heart warming to know that excellent salesmanship, phenomenal customer service, and above all, truly good people in this world exist.
