AT&T Store

I had a great experience at this AT&T store today! I was dreading changing my plan from Verizon to AT&T, but it was a pleasant, seamless experience thanks to Jay! He clearly and quickly got me switched over without changing my number or being inconvenienced. I now have much better cell reception at my home downtown WPB.. thank you Jay for being patient and very helpful 🙏

Had to come in to get a few things for our business line. Andy was absolutely awesome. Helped with everything quick and was patient with all of my questions. Thanks for the great customer service, Andy.

Had a great experience! The lady helping me was very professional and helpful, no matter what issues we ran into. I believe her name was Angela. Everything got resolved and I was on my way.

This particular store is nicer than the other locations. Andy is great to work with. Very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He even cut his lunch short for us. Highly recommend working with him!

I really do have to give my respect to Jay.
Jay showed off AT&T’s core values in every way during my last two visits. From the genuinely felt welcome to actively listening to my concern. Proactively looking ahead, when he returned with a solution to my problem he informed me throughly of my best interests. I ended up leaving the first visit with my new tech and well informed on how I can optimize the experience further.
A couple days go by and I couldn’t stop agreeing with what Jay said to me. So today I returned to get a new watch with cellular. Jay’s promises delivered and I felt compelled to effortlessly write this awesome review for Jay. I’ll happily drive the 14 mile round trip in bad traffic to ensure Jay deals with my future accounts. Easy decision.

Jay is so great! I came in with the most complicated situation in changing my entire phone situation. He was super patient and helped me with everything super quick! Highly recommend this store from his service!

Jadrien and Matt help me setup and get my new ATT internet air and they were very helpful and very professional they took the time to explain everything and make sure I was well informed I would definitely come back to this location for my ATT needs I would definitely recommend

Lazaro was a huge help tonight! He was polite and took his time to process my husband’s exchange. We were frustrated trying to return a Christmas gift for the 2nd time and he walked us thru the entire process and was extremely patient! Thanks Lazaro!

Jay went above & beyond in 2 days helping us get a newly purchased phone going & exploring Directv streaming. AT&T is so lucky to have this Smart, Personable guy on their staff.

Great service I have a problem that I tried to fix calling att and no body help me but this store I didn’t have any hassle or problem working with them and they always help me a lot I will always be their customer and will be with ATT for another 20 years 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The store, and Jay the technician, we're great. However the website was terrible and I fought with it for 2 days before going into the store and Okeechobee boulevard. They need to get some much much better programmers on that website!

I came into the store because the website was so horrible I fought with it for two whole days to try to set up phones to be purchased and service. The staff at the store was great, but that website is terrible
