Richard, Anthony and Cassie in the print center are amazing! I had a pretty big project that needed printing last minute and needed a very quick turn around. This was no easy feat for them, but they took this project very seriously. The communication was amazing and was even ready to pick up before i had expected. The final product looks phenomenal. These guys deserve a raise! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

On a busy Sunday afternoon we received outstanding customer service and support from Richard Shafran for our print and lamination project. Not only did he have time for us in the print center, he also had time to serve 7 other clients at the same time. I overheard a conversation he was having with a lady in her walker, he was taking his time to help her with her computer troubles and never lost his patience. The only words I heard from him were kindness. It’s clear, on this day, that Richard is the glue that holds this Staples store together.

Customer Service was awesome! I have a Staples Business account and wanted to return some items I order in error. Because I had a business account I had to return them via mail...which I had no idea about. But instead of the customer service team giving me a hard time all three of them helped me and explained everything I needed to do and even apologized when it was really my own fault for not researching the return policy prior. Nice to know we still have nice people in this world!

I visited this location this past Sunday afternoon and I am very happy with the customer service provided. The print station attendee was very kind. I was also looking for an item in the aisles and one of the associates immediately approached me even before I asked for help and located the item I needed. Thank you, all!

Our salesman worked very hard to supply the out of date cables we required. He was not successful but was able to suggest a suitable supplier. We deeply appreciated his efforts and would.be anxious to return to Staples for future needs.

My first time printing my business cards with Staples. I had a problem with my online order but Althea from the Prints & Marketing called me right away and helped me get my order corrected and completed promptly. I am extremely grateful for great attention and customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service!

We had to get a book sleeve printed for school and the associate Brian was so amazing! We went to office depot at first and they were unable to print an 8.5in by 20in, literally said they didnt know how. However going to staples, brian was very kind and helpful and even went above and beyond by offering to trim the edges to perfection! He even gave us a little gift at the end. Shout out to Brian and the friendly associate gwen who checked us out! She informed us about the staples program without pestering or aggressive about it. Great friendly place to shop and for all your printing needs!

I needed help finding a few items and the staff member stopped what he was doing and showed me exactly what aisle the item was in. The person that took care of me at the cash register was very friendly and helpful. Also I was greeted at the door when I came in.

I give this store 5 stars because of my experience with Brandon today. I had come to the store to use a $2 reward Staples had given me. I chose a can of pringles for $1.98 but the register would not accept my purchase because it was below $2. Well, Brandon suggested that I check Wal-Mart for the price of the chips and use the price match. Well because of his suggestion, I was able to walk out with two cans of pringles ($1 each) instead of just the one. My technical issue might have held up the line but I greatly appreciate Brandon going above and beyond to help me! This small gesture really made my day and I am grateful to Brandon for his help!

I would like to start by thanking Althea Hinton and her entire printing department, (Jimmy, I met you this morning) for assisting me with my order. I had been given the task of developing a very Special Booklet/Journal for an organization. It was my first time placing a printing order with Staples!
I'd also like to thank Justin, the Store Manager on duty 10-7-16; he communicated with Althea directly, in regard to my order.
Althea Hinton went above and beyond making sure the order was correct and received on time. Hurricaine "Matthew" complicated things a little...Althea picked up the order from UPS yesterday, checked it, found that some were damaged by moisture, and corrected the situation. Althea Hinton IS a very special employee of Staples.
