The person who helped me was very kind. Oddly enough I ordered something online since I saw it was only in stock at this location. I went to pick it up, but they said it “wasn’t ready yet”. He was kind and simply cancelled my online order and went to the stock room and brought out my product. I will definitely go back, and it’s good to know, the online ordering process is not as immediate as in person.

I had a great experience working with Chris K. at this location on finding a beginner banjo. He was super helpful, answered questions, helped set up the banjo, and pointed me to some great resources to begin learning. When it's time to upgrade the banjo, or get another instrument, I will definitely be back to work with Chris again. Thank you!

The people there are awesome. I was nervous going in knowing nothing of guitars. But He took time to talk to me and didn't push an upsale on me. I was able to take my time without feeling rushed. A big plus for me.

I got a used Ibanez AS73 art core hollow body. Great condition. I also got a Fender amp, plus accessories, for an awesome price.

This is Kim, who visited on 12.2. Guitar centers were crowded that day. They were so busy that I was thinking about giving up the purchase, so Cliff, who seemed to be not even an employee of the piano section, helped us. We didn't decide what to buy, so we had a lot of questions and needed a lot of consultation time. However, Cliff was patient until the end and finally we were able to purchase Roland FP60X. Once again, I want to thank Cliff.

I bought a Midnight Blue Gibson Les Paul Studio guitar from Guitar Center. I was dealing with Chris and Cliff and they were throughly professional and accommodating. Took time with me explaining the features of this beautiful guitar, put new strings on it, polished it up. They did a great job and I would give them a 100% endorsement. Came here multiple times for guitar picks, tablature and etc. Never had a problem, reasonable prices from what I can tell.

Just bought my first drum set there. Not sure why waited so long. Love my Alexis 10 pc special edition set so far. I went back to buy my new drum throne. Thier sales person to his time with me to find one that would support my weight and my budget. So far so good. Well done gc.

I want to give recognition to JT and Carter, both managers at this location I have seen handle numerous professional interactions with considerable class and expeditious work ethic, all while presenting a friendly demeanor.

Recently there was an incident with a SPO I placed and miscommunication of shipping location and pickup time. JT helped resolve this when I let him know of the critical timing of my pickup up long-awaited back ordered products. Carter then helped finish the process to and has also helped me personally with several other orders and always places my business as a priority, while also maintaining the constant flux of customers at the store. It is a pleasant experience and I look forward to working with them more. Thank you gentleman

I have been coming to this store for over a decade and have never had a bad experience. Have bought gear/sold gear, just come sometimes to get out the house.
