Property manager Krystal Bell, is very professional and understanding most of all she's helpful. I've been staying here at Panther Creek for 5 years and have seen managers as well as management companies come and go. She is by far one of the most helpful, willing to go the extra mile to be of help to you. Listen she has brought of great peace of happiness to the property. Job well Done Ms. Krystal

I was in desperate need of a place in my price range and the guy Desmond who helped me was FANTASTIC and QUICK! Very very knowledgeable and informational about the apartment. I got approved in less than 24 hours and was able to move in immediately after! The place is CLEAN and the community looks peaceful! Thankyou @ Dedmond Atkins for your help! He needs a raise!

Mr Damien is one of the best Managers hands down, since he has come to the community he’s been managing it well ,he’s always attentive and there to answer your call. Mr Damien is always friendly and upbeat and that’s exactly what this complex needed. I have been a resident here almost 5 years and believe me we have had our share of problems but I think that overall things are looking up and I appreciate everything that he is doing to try to better the community and showing us all that it’s bigger than him just being the property manager but that he is also a real one !!! 💯💪🏽

Passed by this area and decided to stop by and tour. The manager Desmond assisted me and my sister and he was very funny, knowledgeable and straightforward. The community itself is nice but the two bedroom apartment is a little to small for us. Thank you for your time Desmond.

Did an application online Thurs. Got a call & email Fri. From Desmond from what I need to do next and from him introducing his self he nice very knowledgeable . Since i didnt do a tour before doing my app he had me tour a 3bed to make sure i like it before he gave me keys He explain everything & answered all the questions I needed I feel safe & the environment is quiet ,clean, I have kids and they also enjoyed everything & there rooms Thank u Desmond for your help I am definitely enjoying my apartment

Mr. Reese has been the most helpful maintainence even though he is the only one here doing all the work, since me and my roommate first moved in. It had been a little struggle with the AC and some other little things but he made sure everything was great and good to go. I give him 5 stars for going above and beyond.

This was my first apt here in GA and I had a great experience. From the time of filling out the application, to needed my ac unit and refrigerator replaced. Mikki was always attentive, she assisted with all concerns, and helped make my time there very pleasant. I would 100% recommend anyone looking for a home that’s not to far from stores, restaurants and the price is much lower than others in the area to give them a call. I really enjoyed my stay, the only thing I wished was having the ability to have washer/dryer connections in the homes other than that I loved my experience there.

I have lived at Level At Mt Zion for three years. I love the fact that it’s very quiet. I’ve never had any security issues or concerns. It’s a very nice environment for children. I’ve also enjoyed doing business with the office staff, Ms. Carol and Ms. Micki. They are always compassionate as well as professional with all of the residents. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a nice place to reside.

I've been a resident at Level on Mt. Zion sine May. I must say I'm enjoying my stay here. The neighbors are friendly, and very quiet place. The office staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help in any situation. Ms.Nicki and Ms. Carol are always kind, courteous and attentive to work with me in any situation. I thank God for them and would recommend Level to anyone looking for a nice quiet friendly environment.

give the main te-nance man and the manger of panther creek a 40 dollar raise for the work they do they are the greatest and the best that we have had in panther creek they Deliver like the post man on time

I love the staff, they listen to you and I can honestly say it's the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in. I would recommend this apartments to any one looking for a nice place to live that is affordable it’s very quiet at night well kept up.
