Family Dollar

Store is easy to enter and exit located at the traffic light. Parking is always available. The store has been clean when I have shopped and check out is usually quick as well.

The workers are very polite and helpful, they greet you each time you enter the establishment or at least try too.
The store is cleaner inside and out. Since Covid it’s not stocked as much but we can’t blame them.
Come shop for yourself and see, best time to shop 8am- 3 pm it’s not as crowded.

Had to make a run to Family Dollar on the way home from shopping. This particular FD was in route and they closed at 10pm. I got there at about 3 minutes before closing time and the Manager (wish I can remember her name) an employee there were amazing. They were so nice and patient with me. I dashed in, grabbed what I needed and told them how much I appreciated them for allowing me to dash and grab what I needed so close to closing time. Great experience!

I had been meaning to post a review over a year. This store hands down has the best customer service, more than one register open, clear aisle and stock shelves. The employees are always helpful and friendly. It is not a fluke they are consistent.

The whole staff there is amazing and friendly. Every time I go into the store, it's always clean and neat, so I have to give it 5 stars

The Family Dollar on the corner of Lake Harbin and Maddox Rd is one of the cleanest dollar stores in this whole area!! And employees seem to want to help! Unlike the others nasty and nasty attitudes!! Thumbs up to that one!!👍👍
