I’ve been coming to this Best Buy for about a year. Emma has consistently ALWAYS helped me. She even remembered me after my first visit. She’s patient, super friendly, always helpful!! Top tier customer service!! As long as she is there I will come to this Best Buy!! She’s great!! Whatever she’s making she needs a raise cause she an EXCELLENT employee!! 5 star service!!

Ordered a deep freezer online. Picked up at the store. Using the app made it so easy! Let them know I was at the store, then updated that I was in line. Only waited about three minutes, and my freezer was out the door and loaded in the vehicle for me. 5 stars, without question!

This was the only location that had the phone I wanted. I went in and went to the front counter for pickup and was told to go to the mobile counter for assistance. A guy there immediately asked if I needed help. I told him I was there to pick up a phone and do a trade. I asked about screen protectors and he said they didn't show any in stock but still looked around and even checked some totes of incoming stock. It was really appreciated that he took a couple of minutes to try. Nice job!

Bought a new washer and dryer, and the sales guy was very friendly and helpful. Picked out the ones I wanted and was able to get 18 month zero financing.

Delivery, setup and removal of old equipment was available for an additional fee, but it was a reasonable amount, especially considering they would have to be installed on the second floor of my house. No way I could get them up there myself.

On day of delivery, the crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and they were very fast and efficient with setup. They had both units up the stairs, installed and tested in less than 30 minutes.

Excellent help from Tray and Brandon! I came in using something new for my payment method.Tray helped me make the best decision possible for my Tv and took his time with an old man and my method of payment was new to Tray. Brandon stepped in to help and teach him making my experience as smooth as possible! Thank you guys!!

My only worry is the delivery,I hope it goes as smooth.

Ion(?), a loss prevention employee at this store made my trip there a pleasure! I had to pick up an item ordered at a store that did not have it. He expedited the process and was extremely helpful at a very busy store. You have to recognize those that go above and beyond!

Ryan was a very knowledgeable and patient associate with incredible customer service skills! He assisted me with my online purchase while in Best Buy and speed up the process of the waiting time to pick up my laptop!!! Thanks Ryan you are the best!!!

This Best Buy is great. There is not one time that I've went in that I haven't received top-notch customer service no matter how busy or how many other customers they were also helping (and Thanksgiving weekend was my most recent visit!)

Went in to pick up one item on sale real quick. Always a great experience inside the store actually looking at and touching the products instead of virtually visiting.

All of my electronics come from Best Buy. But rarely get items delivered. Jose and his supervisor was awesome. They were able to assist me with my delivery needs with no problems or hesitations.

Every few weeks, Best Buy is one of my go to stores for browsing. There's a wide selection of big screen televisions with all the bells and whistles.
Also wide selection of smartphones, laptop computers and gaming accessories.

Needed a computer for school. Was able to find a decent desktop and laptop with extra cords to hook up my tech and spent $700. I took pictures of the price tags so the blue shirt 👕 could find it faster and it went really smooth.

Got to this location location a universal charger for my camera, they didn’t have after a long search with the customer service. Then they ordered one for me and gave a choice for free delivery or pickup at my preferred location. I am tech enthusiast and always look for a new gadget…

Last week 8/24 I bought a cheaper tv for a bedroom at my house. I don’t often shop in store but I was surprised by how attentive everyone was. I was not only welcomed, but also the person greeting me specifically asked how he could help me. He then got me connected with Ibin (apologize if I got his name wrong) who walked me through the process. He located the TV that website said was available, but I couldn’t pick up until Thursday (bazaar, I know). he then walked me through some basic questions and help me try and get the best deal possible.

During my time there, another associate Alex was helping another customer and I heard the customer say I don’t know if you could’ve done a better job helping me with this which was also very cool.

After I bought the TV they were still very friendly, offered to carry in the TV to my car, and they did. They were incredibly pleasant.

Experiences like that make me reconsider shopping online verses in person.

We were helped , but didn't buy anything. The team that assisted us was very clear with great advice on what we were looking for.

I am Georgia !! Momma said if you can't say something nice don't say nothing at all. That was the original plan when I walked out yesterday. The place kinda looked like a bomb had gone off and stuff was everywhere. Nothing really seemed like it belonged in any particular spot and they was no prices on nothing. All the employees seemed to be really really busy trin to put it all back together. I was thinking 🤔 What the heck is happening or ,, what has happened? They were moving about at a rapid pace and kinda hard to flag down. Then it happened... From across the way I see this young lady wearing the Blue & Gold.. She was making a valiant effort to rebuild a display but she was sitting on the ground. I said Oh Yeah..I got you now. But as I posed my question I almost felt stupid. I am after all a veteran of the retail wars. She quickly informed me that she was damage control and I would have to see mobile. Now I had somewhere I needed to be. It was fairly important that I be in and out of there. What should have taken 10 minutes had now taken an hour. All I was doing was trin to pick up some sd cards. And as I was walking out the door with my brand new Pixelbook Go and Speck Transfer Pro Pocket..$730.00 lighter...I thought to myself... Marketing genius

Bought laptop, geek service excellent, setup & 30 minutes of teaching me how it works. Love those guys.

Good place to start out if wanting to build a pc do they have it all.

This Best Buy location is way bigger than the store at smyrna. I saw more products in this location that allowed me to make a variety of choices on the items I brought.
