Shoe Carnival

I had a chance to stop into Shoe Carnival and I am so glad I did. Walking in, the young lady behind the register welcomed me in. The store was super clean and very vibrant. As I wasn’t looking for anything specific I took the time to browse the whole store.

During my browsing, I enjoyed the assortment as it allowed me to think about what outfits I wanted to match up with some new sneakers. Further exploring the men’s section, I discovered the clearance section as well. Unlike most shoe clearance sections the Shoe Carnival Clearance Section had current styled items as well as a diverse selection as well.

After taking some time to make up my mind I decided on a pair of all black Stacey Adam’ with a silver buckle at a great price. Oh yeah, I lucked up on a classic design fit for any casual occasion.

The line moved very quickly which was amazing considering it’s 48 hours before Christmas. The cashiers were pleasant, friendly, and swift. My checkout process was super easy and I was offered the option to sign up for perks and even round-up to donate to “Toys for Tots!” I love the chance to shop with a cause.

If you’re in the area and looking to get your shoe fix, stop in to Shoe Carnival and browse the selection. I’ll definitely be back!

Had a wedding to go to and needed shoes to go with my dress. In a hurry, last min stuff... they had a pretty good selection... prices not bad either...

I really appreciate Farad he gave Great Customer Service! My request is that you give him a raise for taking extra care of me going above and beyond for his customer!

Ashley, the sales associate who helped me did a fantastic job. Good customer service is so hard to find nowadays, and she was amazing!! Wide selection of shoes, good prices, and a great staff. Will definitely be back!

Prices are good on half off sale, but selection for men size 12 are hard to find

My mother and I were greeted so kindly as soonnas we walked in the store! The store manager, Jigna, helped my mother and I look for shoes and let us know about the sales going on. We each left with 4 pairs of shoes each! And the store lead, Jadan, was amazing at making the check out process smooth. We had somewhat of a complicated order (with the 8 pairs of shoes needing diff sizes and colors ordered as well) and he, along with Jigna, helped us patiently! Will definitely be returning!

Looking for VERY specific shoes for school. Mgr went out of her way to help hunt and FIND what was needed. My store of choice but especially my location of choice. Thank you

I went this past Thursday evening and walked away impressed with my interaction with the associate working. He was very polite and it was noticeable. The little considerations such as asking if I needed separate bags, etc. He is definitely an asset and I will be visiting this location again because of it.

I ended up at this Shoe Carnival after an awful experience at a shoe store closer to my home. I was not expecting much but boy was I surprised at the level of customer service. Linda greeted me when I walked in the door and I was offered assistance a few different times. I did recognize that the store had a corporate visit and decided that was why everyone was being so nice. However, I did need to use the bathroom which is located in the back of the store, thru a door, into a storeroom hall of sorts. I encountered another employee in the hall who offered assistance and was very nice. There was no one to witness her behavior so I feel like the manager has instilled a culture of friendliness into his Team. As I left the store, I did speak to the manager to thank him and he asked me to please let him know if Iever had any service issues in his store. I will definitely buy my shoes from this store, gladly!

My family and I went to go get some shoes for my cousin and I and the customer service was really good. They asked us if they wanted their assistance when we first walked into the store and wished us a great rest of our day once we left the store.

This place is expensive, but their shoe quality is great! They have many sizes that fit in my size. Anyways, I don't have a problem with this shop because it is great. A little more cost is better than nothing.

Worth it.

Customer service was great, they assist me not once but TWICE on a shoe return that wasn't a comfortable fit for me. I asked several questions that they had no hesitation on responding to...I was in and out in no time. Thanks shoe carnival!

I wear a size 8M shoe which is one of the most common sizes. They didn't have my size in a lot of different shoes I tried on/wanted but they can order your shoe and ship it to your house for free which is nice.

Always have some sort of BOGO deal going on (or sure seems like it) so definitely wait for a deal. Decent selection. Wish the clearance section was larger

Everyone was very nice and Jenna was very helpful helping me find the tennis shoes I needed. I called first and they put them aside for me. Everyone was very friendly there! Thank you!
