I never need much when I come to Auto Zone. I have always chosen this one when I can get to it. My headlamp went out on a rental car I drive and Melissa wasted no time at all to assist with purchase all the way through with installing the headlamp and did I say with a smile. She has a smile that will light up a room. I will definitely continue to come to this location.

Overall, for those who need a great auto parts store choose Auto Zone they have never disappointed me.

This was the best experience at an AutoZone in my entire life!!

I went to another store, they sold me the wrong windshield wiper blades, and would not install it with me before the huge thunderstorm in Atlanta.

This young lady, Melissa, is about to celebrate her 13-year anniversary of working here, and she took good care of me.

She figured out the other guy gave me the wrong product at the other store, got me the right product that I needed, and helped me to put it on so that I don't crash on Atlanta highways in this storm. Thank you, Melissa!!!

I was traveling through Marietta with my mom and son when a check engine light came on so we freaked out and stopped by. Josh was on the spot instantly helping with a diagnostic. The readout didn't tell us exactly what it was but he hopped online and sorted it out. Explained it wasn't an emergency and showed me where we could get the parts in our home town. He got us in and out within minutes while being as nice and fun as possible. Top notch experience!

The level of care was impeccable. They made sure I knew what was wrong and exactly the things I needed with no over sell.

Melissa S was incredible helpful. Not only was she helpful, but she was joyful. She took care of everyone in line. Answered the phones. Helped move someone's dead batteries. Went out to my car with me to run a test on my check engine light. Then printed out all the information I needed. She deserves a raise or recognition... or both! I'll come back to this location because of Melissa S.

Honest, good customer service, and helpful information

This evening an employee named Kameron was able to assistant me with a solution immediately, find the correct part online quickly and locate the part inside the star in a matter of seconds. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND, to fix a solution I’ve struggled with for over a week. What I thought would take an hour took him less than a minute. He was detail oriented, quick with a solution in a timely manner and extraordinary polite. I couldn’t have had a better experience, thanks to this young gentleman. I am genuinely impressed by my experience.

Tommy, the SM, was incredibly helpful when I brought my car in with a dead battery. It was a simple battery change but I felt like I was in good hands. He answered all my questions with patience. You can tell he genuinely likes his job. Also, the whole staff seemed to mirror Tommy’s customer service and we’re all busy helping people, which is a good sign of excellent leadership.

Melissa is the best, she helped several customers all at one time all by herself. She was extremely polite and helpful, would recommend this store for anyone. Was in and out, problem fixed in no time.

This is the best autozone I’ve ever been to! John and his boss were both so nice to me and helped me with my car battery. I was expecting to be there for a while and instead everything was taken care of in maybe 30 mins tops. I would recommend this place to anyone, super kind and efficient staff there!

The staff at this location has always been very knowledgeable. The manager Tommy has gone above and beyond to be helpful! I live very close to store #3442 but drive miles past it to give store #902 my business.

I want to add an updated review a year after my first review to say that Dzenis is an exceptional employee, I watched him handle a very loud and irate woman who wasn’t making any sense, with total ease. I personally would have been frustrated and stressed, but I was the next person in line and he helped me with what I needed quickly and professionally. I’m not sure if he is a manager at the moment, but he is definitely manager material and needs to move up the ranks! Thank you again for amazing service at this location!
