The UPS Store

I just had the most helpful UPS service I think I've ever had.
I printed out the wrong label and I was thinking, great, I have to drive back home and figure out what I did wrong, print out the correct label, and drive back here.
Instead, the nice young man said, I can help you with that. It took a solid 5 minutes to go through my email and a website before he was able to find what I needed to return my package. I paid a small fee for printing, which I didn't mind, anything to save my sanity, and was on my way!

I recently opened a mailbox at this location. The staff was very helpful with getting the process completed. Being able to know any mail and packages that arrive are safe is very reassuring. They always send notifications when I have packages ready for pickup and every time I go in, they’re quick to help. The service at this location is really great.

Needed a notary, had stopped at 2 other UPS stores where the notary wasn't around that day. Finally called around to see who had a notary actually available and onsite. These guys actually picked up the phone (unlike 2 other places I called), only charged $5 and was really quick. Definitely recommend this placer!

I went to the UPS store this morning to drop off two packages for Amazon .Originally I had them scheduled to be picked up from my store. I tried to change the pick up to in store drop off but I couldn't. SAIF , the guy in charge went out of his way to redo the Return slips through my Amazon account and got everything squared away. I was very impressed with his knowledge and commitment to his store and customers. I will definitely refer all my business to this store. Thank you

On June 11, I phoned UPS (not knowing it was this location) to get a quote on printing copies. I stopped at the location on Roswell Rd/East Lake Pavilion. To my surprise, they quoted me a higher rate to print as well as a fee to use the machine! I phoned the number I dialed earlier and realized I was at the WRONG UPS store (to say the least). I left the Roswell Rd UPS location and traveled to the Cobb Parkway/Trade Center store. I was very impressed with the level of service provided at the Cobb Parkway location; not just the prices. In addition, when I asked for a few boxes, the person assisting me asked if my requests were for charitable work. I advised “yes” and he offered to discount the cost of the boxes as well carried them to my vehicle! I was really blown away and I expressed how he made my day. A million thanks to the Cobb Parkway location for providing excellent customer service!

I totally recommend this store to everyone, they are very helpful with everything. I came in today to print out 30 pages from my email and they did it for me because I have an eye sight problem. Very helpful, made my work very easy. Amazing staff!!

I want to give a huge thank you to Seif at the Cobb Parkway location for taking the time this morning to box up my packages while I was there. I normally pack it up myself and ship out but this year time got away from me. I know the shipping stores are overwhelmed this time of the year regardless of Covid so again thank you for helping.
