I saw Shay today for the first time for a trim, roots and toner. She knew and understood exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly with professionalism, kindness, knowledge and patience. She took her time and answered all of my questions. I've never left a hair appointment as happy as I left Shays chair today! I can't wait to be back and I HIGHLY recommend ger!!

Shaay is wonderful. I moved here 6 months ago and it’s always stressful finding a new hairdresser. Shaay is extremely conscientious, ensuring she understands what you want, and following up to check in that her service met your expectations. She’s great at color and I highly recommend her (color, keratin, and cuts).

Shaay is amazing! You cannot go wrong in scheduling your hair styling needs with her! I highly recommend Shaay! She has trimmed, cut, highlighted my hair over the past 3-4 years. She is not only talented in doing hair, she is a sweetheart! I actually had her cut a bit extra recently and then requested slight layering just so I could stay and visit with her a bit longer so we had time to catch up on each other's lives! With the Covid situation, her salon is clean and I love that only one can be in the room at a time and she follows the guidelines. Again, Shaay is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me!

I got my hair colored by Shaay, and though she spent a lot of time on it and was very pleasant, it wasn't exactly what I had in mind. So she kept on me to come back in until I finally did and she did it all over again for FREE, to be sure I'm a happy customer. Now it's beautiful, just how I wanted it. She puts lots of care into her work and asks lots of questions to make sure you leave happy. And she's a lovely person.

I’ve had many amazing experiences here! The first time I came here, I got a balayage treatment and my hair looked exactly how I envisioned. The last time I came, I got a hair botox treatment and my hair has never been so soft and healthy. I highly recommend getting any hair color and strengthening/straightening treatments done from here.

Got my haircut and colors done by Shay and simply loved it! She gave helpful suggestions on hairstyle and what would suit my face; and did a great job executing them! She also gave suggestions for my hair color and I’m so glad to have followed her suggestions. She was able to accommodate me at short notice. Her studio is nice and private which I like. Although it is quite a drive from my house, I would go back again just because of the wonderful care I received. :)

I haven’t written a review for hair cut in years because I never found what I was looking for, tried different price ranges, looked for places using different search words , what not. I have naturally straight hair , medium to high density. All I have been wanting is layers! How hard is that , so I thought. Anyways, I LOVE my haircut I got from Shaay today, which I gave shockingly minimal instructions for. Layers and bounce that I have been looking for. Reasonably priced, got next day appointment, had good talk. Can’t ask for more.

I had such a great experience with Shaay, squeezed me in last minute for a hair treatment! She was super friendly, professional, and reasonably priced for all services. If you don't have a stylist you love, I would definitely recommend her for any hair needs!

If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! I have been getting my hair service done from Shaay for the past 2 years and she hasn't missed! Any picture and any style I want - she's got me covered. I got a beautiful balayage during my last service and needless to say I was super happy with it! I really love her attitude, her positivity, her professionalism and of course she is an absolute hair master! 10/10 recommended!

First time customer of Shaay's and I was super satisfied and just amazed at the job she did! It was my first time getting a Brazilian Blowout and with kinky curly hair like mine, I was a bit worried about the process, but Shaay made me feel so comfortable and talked me through how the blowout process works. She also knew what was best for my hair type. Her room is very comfortable and the conversation was great! All in all, she just made me feel super comfortable from the beginning to the end. With having a tight curl and thick head of hair, once she was finished, the results were amazing! I haven't been able to take a picture of myself as of yet, but I will update this review with a picture once I've done so. Pricing was great also. If you are looking for a more caring and personable experience with phenomenal results, I would highly recommend Shaay.

I’ve been using Hair by Shaay ever since moving to the area. I appreciate that she is great for scheduling, always asks/ confirms what I would like done each visit and makes sure I am happy before the visit is done.

Shay is an amazing hairstylist! She has colored, highlighted, and cut and styled my hair for years. It is helpful that she is a loving and caring person who strives to have you leave her satisfied and feeling good about yourself. She has been there for me when I wanted to try something new and different with just the right touch. She makes things convenient and reasonably priced so you don't have to feel guilty about pampering yourself. You will NOT leave disappointed as she won't have it any other way!

I am always amazed when I am in her chair and I hear others call and try to snooker her into all kinds of services for next to nothing when booking a first appointment. I think it is unreal that people play coupon games and try to pull off such deception when the artist you are seeking is trying to make a living.

Shaay did a wonderful job with my hair!! Though my ask of getting a complete hair color change was pretty drastic for friends and family alike, I am so thankful for the time put-in to this process and the ongoing plans for future color!!! My dad, step-mom, and boyfriend love the change, as do I!!!

Shaay is honestly the best!! I completely screwed up my hair with a box dye and she was super understanding and helpful. My hair was brassy and really uneven but Shaay got exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. Amazing service & amazing product!
