From start to finish, my experience was fantastic.
I had a scheduled appointment. I walked in and they attended to me immediately. The initial exam was thorough. The doctor went over everything with me in detail, asked if I had additional questions and was very patient. I had a consultation with the finance consultant and she explained the prices, various fees and how they would translate with my health insurance.

Amazing crew! The team they have is top tier at their job. They verbally expressed the concerning areas with a clear breakdown prior to the procedure. Their generosity makes everyone feel comfortable for the best treatment and transparency possible.

My first appointment went well. The hygienist and dentist explained my treatment plan in detail. The financing department educated me on my options and I chose what works best for me.
The hygienist cleaning was precise and afterwards my gums felt much better then when I came in.
I definitely recommend Aspen Dental Cumberland location for your dental needs!!

My visit was amazing! Every individual I interacted with, from front desk reception, the xray tech, the dentist, the hygienist, and the billing specialist; they were all fabulous! The entire staff is genuine and caring! THANK YOU ASPEN cumberland!

Gosh I was in a bind when I called Aspen. They were absolutely amazing. My crown broke off my tooth and my regular dentist was ill. I had a flight out the next day for a big business presentation and needed that crown put in bad. I called at 2pm they gave me a 4pm and I was walking out by 5:30pm with the crown cemented back in and a plastic flapper to keep it in until I got back from my trip and could go back to my regular dentist. I didnt have any upsells or anything done I felt unnessecary. They even had nice tvs over the dental chair you could watch while there. If I lived near this location I would make Aspen my go to dentist. Thank you team!

I have a phobia about the dentist and the procedures. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at Aspen Dental located on Cobb Parkway. From the receptionist, the Xray tech, the hygienist, the dentist and finally the consultation. I have nothing but high praise for this team. They have won my heart and my business!!

When I arrived, Yari the front desk attendant gave me a warm greeting and processed me in for my first appointment. Shortly after that Janet the hygienist called for me. She was very thorough and worked with an efficient and easy manner which kept me calm. The x-ray technician (whose name I can't remember) made the task of taking the 18 x-rays easy. This is saying a lot for me since I don't like taking them. Then finally Brittany, Alexis and Dr. K were each professional and kind. Overall I am so happy I went to this office and I look forward to keeping it as my primary dental office.

Aspen dental is amazing the receptionist were outstanding from medical assistant to hygiene especially the dentist had my tooth pulled didn’t feel anything I want go to any other dentist Office but Aspen very courteous and processional I recommend Aspen Dental on Cobb parkway thanks team for taking care of all my needs.

Today I was BLESSED to find some REALLY CARING and Professional PPL to care for my daughter's dental needs @theCobb Site..ASPEN DENTAL. The Dentist and Staff found time to Aid and assist me in finding some help for her..she is AUTISTIC and cannot accurately understand..what's needed for her care...even tho they were VERY BUSY..FROM front desk #checking In ..to X-RAY'S ..
they all pulled together to help her..bc they found time to CARE...and ....with SMILES!!!!...THANK YOU STAFF..I shall never forget.the KINDNESS..and PROFESSIONAL CARE you gave US TODAY! Never.

I highly recommend them they are so sweet & nice! My first visit was free ! I was late and the lady in the front moved things around to make sure they still seen me!
