I live far away from this store so I called ahead and asked about the quotes, to make sure it’d be reasonable for me.
I understand they have to look at my stuffs so they can assist me better. Then just say it gently, a gentleman there had bad attitude and he was like yelling at me on the phone.
There are many places else in Georgia. Please make a good decision.

Horrible service. Called to inquire about prices and the guy literally yelled so I hung up. Found solace a few doors down with a lady that is super sweet. I would go to her instead of this place. I’ve never encountered someone so rude!

TERRIBLE customer service!!! The man answering the phone was extremely rude. How do you expect a potential customer to come into your store when you're screaming and yelling at them on the phone🤔

Ông bác ko có chiêu đãi khách hàng đàng hoàn...chỉ biết la và hét thôi....khách hàng đặt câu hỏi mà bác trả lời với tư cách là sao mày ngu quá vậy....nên cho bác về hưu được rồi.... chứ ko làm tổn thanh danh của công ty vietcargo...mình sẽ ko gửi hàng với bác này đâu... ko bảo đảm và an toàn... nên chú ý...
