Impeccable management. Drew was very helpful when my app wasn’t working how I expected it to, and Kayla the cashier had a smile on her face throughout our interaction, which is sadly rare these days. Also Sam and Conner did a GREAT job making this Steak and Cheese sandwich! This Firehouse Subs sets a higher standard than the norm, and it shows. Keep up the good work!

I had one of my best experiences at this place..a young lady greeted me as if I was at a five star restaurant and the food was 10 times better than subway 🙃

This was the first time that we have eaten at this establishment I have got to say it was a pleasurable experience for my family they enjoyed it. The person that waited on us was named David and he was quick,knowledgeable, and made us feel welcomed. Also another plus was the freshness of the food.👍

I just visited this location and ordered the gluten free bread. The employees were so nice and even asked me if my gluten free bread was for an allergy or preference. I have an allergy and they took extra care to make sure my sandwich did not come into contact with any gluten. If you have or know someone with a gluten allergy, you know how difficult it is to eat out. Thank you for going the extra mile!!

Never had a problem here, food was warm and delicious. Always go back to the Italian on wheat for the past 15 years, tried them all. But great service I called and it was ready in 5 minutes. Excellent place for me so far 🤷‍♂

Staff is extremely professional and polite, the food is always exceptional. The staff are always polite and respectful to the customers. They treated my daughter like a queen and gave her a hat and a cookie,because she didn't really want to eat a sub! I recommend fire house to anyone looking for a delicious sub.

This store is amazing. Went in today for lunch with my family and was blown away. The staff were friendly and professional, the food was hot and fresh and amazing, not to mention fast. And the manager was one of the best restaurant managers I've seen in a very long time. To put it simply, I live on the other side of Macon and whenever I go for Firehouse it will definitely be this one. Good service is hard to find these days.

Quite easily the best customer service I have ever experienced. Gregg went above and beyond in ensuring that our experience was truly stellar. It is rare to come across a staff that genuinely cares about their customers, but the folks here went out of their way time and time again to make sure every single detail was perfect. I will not hesitate to recommend this location to friends and will be coming back.

It was pretty cool, being a new fan of Firehouse Subs it is always a cool experience. Everytime I order my sandwich (spicy cajun chicken for those who want to follow my radiant light) they slap on enough meat like they're trying to pack calories on me, as if they were about to send me to do firefighting work. Nothing to complain about honestly, and the fact that the tables are dalmatian colored tickles me.

I wish I had gotten a larger sandwich it was good I was disappointed they ran out of corned beef and pastrami I had to change my choice I'm looking forward to try the sub. I will return

I love this place. Kayla the Manager is one of the best managers I've met in a long time. The store and bathrooms are always clean . Best food and friendly employees. You can tell they appreciate their customers and try to make it a fun experience.

I came here tonight with a large order and they were already very busy. We were offered free drinks for our wait and everyone was so nice and kept us updated on our order. I haven’t had customer service like that in a long time. The food was great and fresh.

Always clean and organized. We place large company orders online and they always have them ready in a timely manner. Each sub is packaged individually, sealed with a sticker, and the recipient's name is marked. We make the trip from across town because they are just so efficient and tasty!

Fast, delicious and filling. Great hot sandwich option for dine in or to go if you need to get on the road. This was our Firehouse Subs experience, and have ate there several times during our week here because it totally hits the spot.
