awesome place, bought my car 4.5 yrs ago, runs perfect, no issues, ran into financial issues, they were beyond understanding and worked with me to get back on track Highly recommended!

Horrible customer service and sales techniques. Our associate left us at his desk for long periods time without relaying any information to us. He never told us the process, where he was going with my documents, what to expect, how long it would take, etc. He just left us there. In fact he left us long enough we made an hour trip to the Carmax conveniently located down the street where the associates were very courteous. I came back to Autosmith to give them a second chance, and well......he still left us hanging around. We left for the final time, visited a car wash, picked up our child and made it home before he even called. Maybe he finally returned to his desk...
