This is a great Lowes! They have great pricing and it’s always clean and the people working are very helpful. My daughter loves coming here with me and I love that Lowes sells Craftsman.

I had a problem with a package being delivered here (it was supposed to be delivered to my house), so I called about the problem. They were quick to give a refund with little-to-no wait time. I appreciate the staff making something that is usually a headache completely carefree

Cyrus the front store manager was so nice and helpful. Also the other gentlemen Jaku was also very friendly. They both helped me checkout and load my pickup order. Great service!

At this point, I kinda know where things are so it's easier to find stuff. Staff are usually quick to help

Employees make a difference in return business, so Lowe's should thank Antoinette for her service. She found this paint ,which was on the top Shelf . Guess what she got that big A _ _ ladder and all is good. Thanks

Trevor from Lowe's / Incredible Installation installed our French patio deck door 2 days ago. He was so friendly, professional and did excellent work. Kerry at the Johns Creek (GA) location assisted my husband and I with door selection and installation arrangements. Brittany (Lowe's manager at Johns Creek) also assisted with a minor problem that occurred, but everything worked out perfect. I appreciate their patience, great attitude and customer service. We are enjoying our new door and sliding screen!

Lowe's is one of my fav stores. The employees are always super nice and helpful.

This lowes is great. They are not as well stocked as the Snellville lowes. But great experience overall.

Good for a pinch on Sundays!

First off…I’d like to thank Lowe’s for being one of the most convenient, pleasant, and helpful all-purpose stores around town. Secondly, a BIG THANKS to Costumer Care Employee Sharon Turner in TOOLS 10, off of Beaver Ruin, for making my recent visit very easy! Sharon was so helpful and gave me an idea on what could be the best resolution.Also, she reminded of something I totally forgot about(considering my dilemma with this particular tool I purchased). Meanwhile, her attention towards my shopping experience reminded me that Companies like Lowe’s are still in the Business of “real” Customer Service which leads to Customer Satisfaction!!! Great store, Judy, the cashier is amazing.

Got my Christmas tree here and our sales person was awesome! He helped us out from beginning to end . Approached us , greeted us , helped us grab some more items , and walked us to the register , and to the door . I’m not sure if it can get any better than that ! I’m not sure if his name was David I believe . Awesome person !

Tate was busy but was willing to direct me to the items I was looking for then offered to locate an associate for the next department I went on to. Karen then assisted me with picking out my washer/dryer. She wasnt from the department but was more than willing to answer the questions that i had about the products. Rick was also there to give feedback and rang me up with a smile. Great customer service overall!! Thanx guys!!

I had a great experience in the garden department, Ms. Karla was very helpful, and help me find what I was looking for, also gave me very good advice and great service.

A young lady named Stephanie went out of her way to help me. I was picking up a 65 gallon wooden barrel on 11/8/22 from garden dept. , after calling for help 5x on the loud speaker no one showed up, she managed to muscle it on a cart, but it was too heavy to put up on my truck so I went looking for help when I got back she had grabbed people from the parking lot to hoist this heavy item into my truck. I waited 25 minutes for a loader, but only she came to help.

This was a very clean store that also had several very friendly employees who were eager to help find what you were looking for. The store was well organized and it was easy to find the things I needed. Their assortment of potted plants and flowers was a good size. Potted vegetables and herbs was lacking a little bit. They had adequate parking. Left my phone in the restroom. Someone was honest and turned it in. I was able to get the phone back. Overall the trip to this store was pleasant.

I have been a customer for years, but I have never had such great customer service form an associate. Mr Ernest from the flooring department went out of his way to provide me with the necessary materials need for the project. I was looking for a sample of a tile that was stored on the very top shelf. He had to move all the flooring display in order to get the forklift in the area, so that I can get one sample.

Purchased another gallon of Valspar Stain and Sealer for patio deck to complete it. Love the color!!!

Great place I ordered a trailer and a bought a John Deere lawn mower. The John Deere gave me issues the first day and after doing research decided to change brands. They swapped it out no problem the managers came and took care of me. They also gave me my military discount 👍
