Busque en otro lugar la señora Griselda es muy prepotente y piensa que solo ella es la única en el mundo . El servicio es super malo . La señora no sabe explicarse y aparte le contesta de mala gana a uno. Hay muchas otras personas que ofrecen más amabilidad y un mejor servicio al cliente. Ala señora se le olvida que uno le esta pagando por un servicio no es gratis . Y se le olvida que ella come gracias a los clientes.

Por favor NUNCA vayas a este lugar. Está vacío por una razón. Es ese tipo de lugar latino donde intentan aprovecharse de los latinos. En el 2020 fui a hacer mis impuestos y tuve un problema con mi declaración, pero como está muy cerca de mi casa, decidí darle otra oportunidad. Hice una cita y fui el viernes. Uno de los representantes ya me estaba haciendo preguntas, tomó mis papeles y comenzó a poner mi información en el sistema. Me di cuenta que me faltaba un documento y pregunté si podía ir a mi casa a buscarlo. Dicen que no hay problema. Cuando regresé, la mujer que estaba ingresando mi información dijo: "No sé si lo sabe, pero el costo de hacer su declaración de impuestos será de $374, y si decide no hacerlo, tendrá que pague $100 por mi tiempo ingresando sus datos, claro, les dije algo que cualquiera sabe: “No se puede empezar a trabajar en este país si el cliente no ha sido notificado y acordado el costo”. Encontré otro lugar de impuestos cercano donde hicieron un excelente trabajo por menos de $ 250. Ahorre tiempo, energía y paz, no vaya a este lugar.

El peor lugar para hacer tus impuestos. Griselda es grosera, es déspota, no tiene tacto para tratar al servicio al cliente, también tiene un mal corazón por que no le importan sus clientes. Muy mal ser humano. No sabe explicarse y aparte trata mal a los clientes se le olvida ala señora que vive de los clientes .
