I’ve have been coming for years to Joann’s. The kindness and attitude that she has is amazing. They go above and beyond to make their customers satisfied. As a matter of fact I am in here with my sister in law who is in a wheel chair and they are sitting on the floor to give her a pedicure. Who does that? They are keeping her so comfortable. I highly recommend Joann’s Nails if you want a great service with people who care and go above and beyond.

I am VERY picky with my nails. I'm usually really hesitant about trying new places, but I figured I'd give Joann's a try. They did not disappoint. I had a lovely Spanish lady that did my nails (sorry didn't catch her name). She was very meticulous with the application but surprisingly fast! Everyone was super friendly. I'll definitely be back. ☺

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for over 10+years. I have yet found a place that actually does a great job like them. I now live further up north but will drive over 30 min + to come here. I’ve gone to many other places, but always end up here fixing the wrong doing of my nails from the chipping to the bulkiness that I’ve gotten by going to other nail salon’s. All the nails tech’s are beyond sweet and make you feel like family. The price you pay for is amazing for the quality you get!! Usually my nails last over 2 weeks no chips, no color fade, and no unevenness. Affordable prices and top notch quality!!!

Loved it!!!!! Joann did an awesome job with my nails and she did exactly what I asked her for. I'm a nail biter and my nails always end up horrible, no place can get them right. I've asked for nail forms before at other salons and they refuse to do them, they say it's too much work, even when I'm willing to pay more for the service. Joann agreed to them with nail forms and they came out just how I've been wanting for years!!!!! Service price is so awesome payed 51 for full set and pedi. The pedicure was great too, the young lady did an awesome job, very gentle. Definitely making this my go too place for nails!!!!!

I’m from out of town but will definitely be back! I got a gel pedicure & my lady was quick & efficient. My mom got a short acrylic set & the lady answered all her questions. The owner is a woman & I’m all for boss ladies. Definitely give 5 stars!!

I have been coming to Joann's shop for years. I am very pleased with the service. The courteous and friendly customer service is a winner. Joann caters to the needs of her clients with efficiency. She is patient and kind. I have never heard her say a harsh word to anyone. Her smile is very inviting and she and her team are committed to giving their best to all customers that come in. Nails By Joann is a wonderful place to get your mani/pedi and even eyelashes. When I leave the shop I look fabulous.

I have been going to Joann since I was 19, I am now 29 and she is still my favorite! She is skilled, fast and very patient with everyone. Some places it is hard to be comfortable at, but she makes everyone feel welcomed! I read through some of these reviews and I can say I have not experienced nor witnessed anything that will ever make me believe anything bad about her or her shop. She does get full because people do love her, but she works at a quick pace to make sure neither her customers with appointments nor her walk-ins wait that long. I will continue to go to her 😘

I’ve been going to Joann for over 5 years. I moved to the other side of town and tried numerous other technicians but none of them lived up to Joann. The prices are affordable and the work is great! Joann was able to get my nails stronger and properly maintained over the course of a year. Everyone there is amazing.

As a client for almost 20 years, I can honestly
say I absolutely adore Nails by Joann! In all this time I have only had the best, most personalized service. She and her staff make an effort to know every repeat customer by name and even ask about your family, job, etc. Joann is up to date on all trends and encourages me to get the latest fashion (always with the reassurance that if I just try something that she suggests she will happily fix it if I don't like it). Her staff is friendly and amazing. In all the years I have been here, I have never once had a problem, infection, etc. My husband even loves this salon and is always made to feel welcome when he comes for a pedi. I do recommend calling for an appointment as the salon can get really busy at times. Seriously this is a fun, personal, amazing salon. The bad reviews are absolutely not true! No way! I will never go anywhere else!

Joann is adorable! It's not the fanciest place I've ever been but the people are what will have me going back. It is on the way to work, I pass right by, and not as expensive as the fancy pants places near my house. :) AND, she did a great job!

Joann’s nail salon was amazing! I was attended fast & i walked in not knowing what type of nails to get. Joann showed me a pretty pink& white ombre design and i FELL IN LOVE. She was quick, neat, and very nice. I recommend her to anyone looking for a good nail specialist 🔥🔥

I've been a customer of Joann since 2000 and I must say she's amazing. Her and her team are wonderful. She has the latest colors and techniques in nails that you could ask for. If you haven't been you should start nowith, you would not regret it.

Joann* and her staff, including my favorite pedicurist Jan, are all top-notch. Joann has been taking care of my nails and more for over 15 years, and I wouldn't trade her for anyone else! I'm not sure what might have happened during the instances that caused the one-star reviews, but I can assure anyone asking that they are *not* the norm, and they likely resulted from one-off misunderstandings. She cares about all of her customers, and she will do anything in her power to give you what you want, as long as it's possible ;)
[If you're going to walk out without paying and then get upset she follows you out the door to ask you to pay, remember she's performed a service you requested. If you don't pay, that's THEFT of services, and *not* grounds for a one-star review...]
Anyway, back to my review :) Joann and her staff stay up on the latest trends and colors, so you don't have to. They'll remember your favorite colors and suggest great new ones. I'm not kidding when I say I get compliments several times a week on my nails, even when they're a week or two old, and that's all thanks to Joann!

My experience was Great. My daughter went to Joann 1st. She raved on how well the customer service was. Her Gel Nails were on point.👍I decided to give them a try. Boy am glad I did. Had not had a mani/pedi in awhile. Left there feeling completely satisfied. They were very nice and friendly . Did a wonderful job. Will be returning.
