Caitlin is an incredible physical therapist. The way she listens and adapts my therapy plan depending on how I am feeling and healing makes me know I am in good hands and that I will be strong and healthy when I finish my program. It is evident that she spends time creating a tailored program and puts thought into how the exercises will benefit her patients. Everyone at PT solutions is friendly and they are always able to accommodate me around my work schedule. Cannot say enough good things about them! Highly recommend!

Because I had received such good care for damage from a septic knee two years ago, I returned to Sandy Springs PT Solutions after being rear-ended by an 18 wheeler. Carson, Brad, and the entire staff are knowledgeable and always positive. They really listen and are engaged throughout the sessions. Titus is an excellent motivator. At the front desk, Drew is always helpful. The facility is clean and well equipped. Hopefully I do not need PT in the future; but if I do, I will go back there.

All of the physical therapists and staff at PT solutions are super nice and welcoming, and they make me look forward to each visit! Caitlin is an amazing physical therapist and has helped me tremendously. She is always encouraging and prepared and has made my whole recovery process a lot easier. Overall this place is great and I would highly recommend!

Dedicated Team & Great sessions! They listened to my needs & I appreciate it. Attending my PT sessions for the last 3 months & I am pleased with my progress THANKS to my knowledgeable Physical Therapists (Brad, Drew, & Kaitlin, etc.) and also helpful Titus & Kallie! Great team who were so responsive to my needs. I came to PT Solutions with an achy foot which kept me up some nights. Working with Carson and Caitlin, while it wasn’t always fun during the sessions, I haven’t experienced the same pain that brought me here in the first place. Carson and Caitlin were both so warm, welcoming, and encouraging and really worked with me to understand my pain and how to work through it in our sessions and gave me the tools to address any issues I experienced outside of the clinic. I’m so grateful to PT Solutions and can’t thank them enough!

What a wonderful experience! Caitlin Kelley not only manages her team but works with patients like me as well. She fixed my jaw problem and gave me exercises to stay healthy. Everyone at the Sandy Springs Office is so helpful and kind. They make you feel a part of their family. Superb!!

PT Solutions is by far the best place I have been.The treatment is amazing. I now can walk without pain. And I’m in my 70’s. It works. My physical therapist works with me to the point where I’m able to continue my life

This is a really great place the whole staff is very friendly and kind. They really take care and are always there for the patients. Thanks to Bradley, Andrew, and the other girls for taking care of me. I had an issue with my ankle and they’ve helped me allot.

I just finished my sessions at PT Solutions in Sandy Springs and cannot be more pleased with my progress. Caitlin came up with varied. challenging exercises which tested my strength and range of motion. Now I’m free of pain and have complete use of my arm again! PT solutions in Sandy springs is great! All the therapists are super kind and knowledgeable. Caitlin is absolutely fantastic. It’s super easy to schedule, great location and they take insurance.

My successful outcome, after two knee replacements this year, is the result of PT Solutions Sandy Springs. Caitlin, Brad, Naz, Carson, and Titus each deserves my thanks. They got to know me and knew how to motivate me to succeed. Caitlin led the way and the others all contributed to my full recovery. I thank them, and fully recommend to anyone needing physical therapy.

I’ve been going to this location since November 2023 as result of getting hit by a car. I was originally referred to a hospital clinic but decided to try one in the community. The therapists here are friendly and engaged. They listened to my concerns and adjusted my exercises, which included vestibular therapy for dizziness and exercises for my shoulder. I have improved significantly and I’ll be sad when I’m discharged. I enjoy interacting with the therapists.

The 2 therapists I work with are both great. Their positive attitude motivates me to try whatever they ask of me. They listen intently when I ask questions or describe what I am feeling.

I can't stress enough the quality of the staff, specially Brad. My friend, you are an excellent professional and how I feel today compared to how I started is also on you. Thanks for making my arm feel like new again.

No matter my issue, this team has addressed it with professionalism and fun. The fun part is important because it would be easy to skip the (sometimes) grueling exercises. I feel much better and have learned a lot about my body. Carson is a great cheerleader while dishing out what I thought were impossible exercises. Surprisingly, these impossible exercises seem to help me everytime. Bradley is a "driver" with an empathetic understanding of the pain he inflicts with the exercises he expects me to complete. Drew is very kind and dispenses the exercises with a smile even though I am skeptical of the necessity of them. Caitlin is great. Her approach is logical and effective while explaing the "why" of each exercise.
In fact, everyone is great about explaining the "what" and the "why" for everything. Plus, they demonstrate each exercise, as many times as I request. ;0)
I am so grateful for the front desk (Drew) for his pleasantness , constant smile, and eagerness to assist. There are others who make up the team I didn't mention (Titus, Kaylie, etc), but everyone at this location is great.
This is why I recommend this PT Solution location to everyone!

Best PT experience I have had in going to different PT’s over 30 years. Everyone knew my name from the first day and all the PT’s have been great listeners and inspiring me by challenging me each time working on what needs to be worked on.

These professional people care. They take the time to get to know you. How best to solve your physical problem. They are fun, present ,and non critical. The best ever. We are fortunate to have them in Atlanta.
