I haven’t shopped at Lowe’s in year due to some poor customer experiences, I went there today, randomly, and I was so impressed by the level of customer service. I’m literally sitting in the parking lot writing this review because of it!!!

Sean, was awesome, he helped me with my soil needs and shared some interesting information about the types of flowers in our area - which then I bought some, even though they weren’t on my mental shopping list. He helped me load my car without any suggestion or indication he wanted matching else in return.

In the store, folks were great too! I had some questions about a closet system and the individual there helped me think through options, even some more “out of box” solutions.

I went over to hardware to find a very specific thing-a-ma-jig, and the person there was very patient to giving me recommendations and, when seeing me again later on, asked me if I had gotten the correct item.

Lowe’s can email receipts now (which is awesome, because they didn’t do that for a LONG time) and it was such a pain to have to hang on the to paper receipt. And now Lowe’s has a loyalty program too.

All in all, I had a great experience, and will definitely be back!

I'm renovating my bathroom with very little experience so every time I come in, I have questions. After removing floor tile I was feeling defeated on an efficient way to remove the remaining thinset that was stuck to the floor. Jonathon was super helpful with suggesting a few options and suggesting products. It worked! And when I came back in he remembered me and asked how it went. I really appreciate the time he took out to help. A+ service!

Everyone I encountered on the employee side was very patient, kind, and helpful; especially Colleen ( or was it Collette-? ), who guided me toward what I was in search of ( especially since it was a mere 20 feet away.....if it were a snake, I'd be doing this review from the ER Right now lol ), and the gracious gentleman at self-checkout.

As for the nitty-gritty, found my items I was in search of with a minimum of muss & fuss, believe it or not, but that may just be because A.) My problem was fairly straightforward, and B.) I researched it beforehand and even while I was in-store. C.) I actually got some help!!

At any rate, thank you Colleen, for making me feel seen in a customer service setting for the first time in a long time!! You were so helpful and patient!
Overall, a good experience ( other than the fact that I was there cuz I had to fix things lol )

I want to say ThAnK YoU to GrEg for assisting us in deciding our outside lighting. He was patient and talked us through quite a few options in store and online. I’ve never been disappointed with the customer service from Sand Springs Lowes!! 🤩👌

Gotta love Lowes they think outside the box and carry such a great variety of items!

Heather in the paint department deserves major accolades! Top notch customer service, gave us great pro tips and helped us fix a paint color that was too dark for us! Thank you Heather!!!

This Lowe’s has the most helpful employees and the morning manager is great! I love how early they are open because I can place a pickup order and get it on my way to work—and it’s so much easier to get in and out of the parking lot at that time as well. Their nursery department is huge with a wide variety of plants.

We had so many changes trying to close on our new home and needed certain appliances that did not come included. The staff at Lowe’s (Eric and the others in appliances) were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were able to accept payment and accommodate us with delivery when our close date shifted a few times! They understood our frustration and were able to keep us calm. No, that wasn’t part of their job, but it really helped at the end of the day. They were knowledgeable about the products we inquired about and helped us choose the appliances that were right for our home. Thanks for being amazing guys…we’re all moved in, thanks to your efforts!

My roofing company purchases materials here at the Rosewell Rd location when I have a job in the area because large roofing supply companies can't compete with Lowe's low prices on shingles. I shop here and pick up the shingles myself. The manager is a good guy and so is Kevin at the ProDesk. Koodos out to Kevin for his great customer service!

Great location and plenty of inventory items always find what I need with good price.

Way better and more courteous staff than Home Depot, as well as better prices on tools and everything. but I wish they stocked items more frequently in the lumber department and had a wider selection. Please stock more oak lumber and the selection of teak boards, those are great! Item selection in store expanding would drive up contractors. Love that they support good ol' American Dewalt instead of cheaply produced in China yet expensive Milwaukee.

Might be more difficult for newer or amateur customers, which could be helped if they had a greater number of active and approaching staff around the store, but I want y'all to succeed over the big orange box by revamping the energy, especially since it's kind of dimly lit in the store during the night

Claudia is the best! Her knowledge of the deals and sales is spectacular! She went out of her way and above and beyond! Thank you so much the saw work perfectly!

I just left the Sandy Springs store and wanted to give a shout out to Keith. Keith saw that I was having difficulty locating all of the items that I came for, since my list was long and I am moving into a new home. I had trouble finding the toilet brushes, and had been given faulty information from another associate. Keith walked me all the way across the store and lead me directly to the brushes. He could’ve attempted to give me directions but instead wanted to make sure that I was well taken care of. I givr him an A+ in customer service.

I had an interesting moment at this Lowe's feeling frustrating and angry ready to walk straight out of those doors but there's a Mr. Jeremy he rescued me I hope that anyone and everyone that walks through those doors will meet there Mr. Jeremy. 👼👼👼👼
